Great Hotel. Their staff is so friendly and hospitable. Angela the manager took super good care of us. It’s super family friendly and they have the cutest pool area with a splash pad for younger kids but also the older kids had fun in their jacuzzi and indoor pool. Perfect venue to host large families.

Wow~ so impressed with this specific location. We travel a lot and are always loyal to the Hilton brand. Finding, then booking, a hotel with excellent reviews is very important to us. |If it’s important to you too, look no further. This hotel is *so clean, the front desk staff are fantastic….Zac was there daily during our 4 day stay and was *so helpful (!!!), always with a smile and outstanding customer service. The bed is very comfortable, the heat and air conditioning are both excellent, the bathroom has a built in night lite and something I have t seen in prior hotels, an exhaust fan to get the steam out of the bathroom quickly. The hotel lobby appears to have been decorated professionally. The chandeliers, sconces, and beautiful materials chosen speak very highly of the owner. They also have a large pool designed to appeal to family’s with children, and a terrific outdoor patio area offering many comfortable seating options, even an enclosed fire pit area. |The location is excellent too. It’s off the main road so it’s nice and quiet. Lot’s of shopping &|dining options close by too. Everything nearby looks fresh, clean and new.

We recently had a pool party for a work event and the employees were incredibly responsive, kind, and knowledgeable about all of our questions. The pool was great for the event as well! My daughter loved the cute animal fountains and I loved the hot tub! We will definitely be going back for future events!

The Hampton Inn has a really nice indoor kids pool and we had my son‘s birthday party there. The cool thing is we could do this in the middle of winter and all the kids thought it was awesome to be having a pool party in February. This is a great birthday party venue that not a lot of people know about so I wanted to make sure to post about it.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spotless and furnished with microwave and fridge. About 15 minutes away from Embry Riddle, but right in the downtown area and 10 minutes from Watson Lake Park. Breakfast had good options and was included in the price of the stay. Would definitely recommend.

The pool is neat for little kids. Our child loved the toddler pool and big elephant. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. We'd definitely stay there again!

I wanted to give them a five-star review because there were so many positives. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. If we needed something they provided it.

The reason for the one-star review is that my mother and I were in a handicap suite that fell very short of being handicap friendly. 1) The door to the room was so heavy that my mother or any other handicapped person would be unable to open it on their own. There was no power option. There was no way to prop the door open once it was open. How does a handicap person without someone help them navigate this? They don't, and they can't. 2) They had a normal step-in tub. They added grab bars, but that does not help a truly handicapped person. We stayed in 4 nights, and my mother was unable to take a shower. She needs to be able to get into the shower without a step. I am unable to help her with that given her circumstances. 3) They did not leave a shower seat. Had to go ask for one. My mother uses that to sit on to help her get dressed. 4) They made the door to the closet slide like a barn door. It shuts either the closet door or the bathroom door. So when I came out of the bathroom and opened it up and my mom was getting something out of the closet, the door hit her and just about knocked her over. Very bad design. 5) No fun to hear your elderly parent complain about the room you selected for her.

Would definitely recommend for non handicapped individuals.

This hotel excels in every area, deserving 5 stars for its amazing staff, clean rooms, and perfect location. However, our experience was overshadowed on the last day during breakfast when my mother encountered a racist European-American who rudely told her to get out of his way. I believe Hampton Inn / Hilton Honors should implement and clearly display policies against racism upon booking, check-in, and throughout the property. Due to this single incident, which ruined our entire experience, I am giving this review 1 star. The same racist guest was also rude to staff and other guests during the breakfast buffet, further dampening the entire experience.
