The staff were nice, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was also pretty good for hotel breakfast.
Other than that not a good experience. The beds were so squeaky and you could feel the springs. There was blood spats on the wall in the bathroom, and possibly something else. The water would not get hot, but was doable about 15 minutes after running. There were wires coming off the ac unit in the room. Also there was brownish floating in the water from the machine for breakfast. Tries to use the water fountain and it had black crap in it. Ive never had a problem with the hotels in book through Hilton but this was so disappointing and with the location so close to the hospitals you'd think it'd be taken better care of for guest.
Will not be going back here and do not recommend.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Oklahoma and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. One of the standout moments was the lovely welcome gift pack they provided, which included a refreshing water bottle and some delicious snacks. This thoughtful gesture really made my stay special and is something I’ve never encountered at any other Hilton hotel
The accommodations were top-notch, with comfortable bedding and a clean, stylish room that made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile
Overall, my stay at Hampton inn exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I can’t wait to return.

This hotel is horrible. We are reward members and unfortunately, the embassy suite was booked so we got stuck with the Hampton Inn and there’s mold, Only one elevator works The toilets are constantly getting clogged the bathroom racks are wood and are holding Way too much moisture about to completely fall apart that’s if it doesn’t get someone sick The breakfast sucks. We didn’t even get the room that we asked for and the people that work here are great, but this hotel is going to crap and no one cares. I don’t recommend staying here.

Housekeeping definitely does not clean the rooms like they should. We checked in and there was black hair all over the bathroom floor, there was a deodorant lid on the bathroom floor which tells you nobody swept. There was trash next to the microwave which was covered in dust as well. The floor hasn't been vacuumed. The toilet was constantly getting clogged. Thankfully the night clerk was nice enough to bring a plunger to the room for us to fix it ourselves. You can tell the place needs some up keep and doesn't do the Hilton Name any justice. The breakfast was okay the morning staff could care less in my opinion about any issues or have any hospitality for guest that walk through that door.

No idea how this hotel location is so highly rated. We booked 2 rooms and wanted them to adjoin and the booking information didn’t get to the actual hotel, to adjoin the rooms. The hotel did fix it onsite after arrival but the rooms were both incredibly horrible. All furniture was damaged in some way or so worn and dirty that needed to be replaced. Renovations were poorly done. Electrical outlets had their covers coming off so that children could easily be shocked or killed. There were no shades hanging at all. The cornices were either totally broken off and the brackets were just painted over or there were broken sections of cornices not repaired. The local staff Dominique was extremely professional and nice, however the phone customer service was an indescribable let down.

I like my coffee HOT!! On Zero degree weather that Oklahoma is not use to I guess that was a lot to ask. It was warm enough. So I went to my room and made some quality hot coffee. Lots of places to eat nearby

I don't have much to say about my stay. I've stayed in better and worse places. The AC was difficult to turn on and the bed was hard. Breakfast was served promptly everyday. The staff members are friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location is convenient for going to the mall or to restaurants in the area. In the future I would probably stay somewhere else.

Worst place to work at or to even get a room !!! The black girl Brandi housekeeping lead is nasty they have us using toilet water to wipe and clean everything with the same rag they have us use to wipe the toilet and the floors !!!!! If we try to do it the right way we will get written up or fired !!!! I havnt received my pay since I started working here !!! The front desk girl is soo unprofessional she hangs up the phone when she don’t feeling talking or helping.!!! She has cussed me out and was being racist to me and my friends !!!! Coonie the HR girl is never in her office she ignores her workers and talks bad about her employees to her office people !!!!!
