The General Manager, Jasmine makes this place a perfect place to stay! I have stayed here two times when in town for a dog scent work trial with my poodle, Sir Walter. Most of the staff is super friendly and very welcoming. I chose this Hampton Inn over one closer to my trial because of the great customer service. We even ran into another guest that was there the other weekend we were there before and she was glad to see us,too! Close to highway and food. Great location. Rooms are nice and clean.

While the room did have 3 sliding curtains to block off light and keep the room dark. The remaining features were not at the same level.

The bed was hard and the pillows had less support than the towels. If you want any head support bring your own.

Shower looked nice but the difference between luke warm and lava was 1 mm.

The rooms are not soundproof...at all. You will hear every door on the floor and cars in the parking lot.

Room service is posted to come every other day but they don't come at all.

Location was pretty good but might want to check out other spots first.

They are prejudice to black and colored and minorities. They told us we cannot get a room unless we are out of town. We are locals who are wanting to get away from home and have a day night out as a couple. He told us no, and that we had to be out of towners. I have never heard that ever. He is prejudice. He treated us very horrible, very prejudice, long haired, long beard, white guy. I always spend money here and I don’t appreciate this service we were presented today and no one deserves to go through this so please if you are a minority please do not stay here , They are prejudice!!!!!

We stayed 1 night while attending a Thunder game in downtown OKC. Perfect location! The hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly, including the maintenance guy. Room for 4 was very clean, beds were soft, and we had plenty of towels. The shower gel was out so I did report that to the front desk. Breakfast area was clean and all the food was delicious! Oatmeal was made right too! The breakfast lady was so sweet and cared about keeping up the breakfast area. They also accommodated a late checkout because my niece was ill. We definitely will plan to stay again!

I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed here before with no issues. I booked the room the same night due to a flood in my home. As my kids and I were on our way to the hotel, I received a call from the receptionist who stated, "we no longer accept local residents at this Hampton and I will be canceling your reservation." Not to mention she was VERY rude and unprofessional! With such short notice, my children and I were stuck to find a hotel after 9pm! Thank goodness for the Home2Suites directly across the street. They welcomed us with great hospitality. Don't waste your time or money on this raggedy, worn down, smelly, unprofessional hotel!

I made reservations for the room on line and my husband went in to the office to confirm and he was told that they do not accept locals, my husband was racially profiled! It was past 10:00pm I had my two small children with me who were very tired and we got turned away because of our color. I do not recommend this place!

Don’t usually leave reviews, but Yolonda deserves the recognition she was incredible! She went above and beyond accommodating our wedding party. Hampton is lucky to have employees like her!

Excellent hotel. Stayed a few days on two separate occasions. Centrally located for our needs. Great restaurants nearby. Fabulous manager and staff, Ms. Riehl, Yolanda, Kathy and Jackie. Breakfast was perfect for us. Highly recommend this hotel.
