DO NOT STAY HERE !!!
Nothing was vacuumed. Roaches in the toilets. The inside of a bean bag was all over our room. Beds sucked. Felt like a dumpster in there. If a crack head owned a Hampton inn this would be it. Lot lizards outside roaming the area. Go stay at the Hilton garden inn.

I've been a Hilton Honors member for nearly 30 years, and I've NEVER had an experience like this. Our room was in the middle of a floor under remodeling. The smells were awful. We had to call for tissues, a privacy placard, towels, and cleaning service because our trash cans were overflowing. They NEVER serviced our room the entire three nights.||We asked for the manager, and he was arrogant and rude. He accused me if throwing the room keys at the CSR when I threw them down on the table surface!||After we checked out, we were charged more than our confirmation... he blamed that on taxes. I later called Hilton Honors and was sent to a foreign call center. After disclosing the reason for my call, I was sent to an "escalation department." After 15 to 20 minutes with the escalation center, I was asked to hold; around 5 minutes later, the line was disconnected. I then called Hilton's corporate office, explained the situation, and was forwarded directly to the SAME foreign call center!||I will be changing ALL hotel reservations for another upcoming trip to hotels OTHER THAN Hilton hotels, and I will be closing my Hilton Honors membership.||I don't know what is going on with Hilton's standards, but I will NOT accept this poor quality of service when I'm paying market prices for hopefully a safe, clean, quiet hotel. I could have received better quality at a Motel 6!

NEVER STAY HERE. We were in a basketball tournament & all hotels in the area were fully booked, or I would have found a new hotel immediately upon arriving. The front desk attendant had to use Google translate to help us. Which is fine, but they couldn’t answer questions about taxes, price increases, etc. Our room was dirty. Hair in the sink/shower, etc. I left, bought sanitizing spray and sprayed our room because it was so bad. Our sheets were stained and dirty. I had to call the front desk for new bedding. The elevator broke while we were there. This place is awful.

The Hampton Inn chain of hotels by Hilton are usually a little more budget friendly while still offering nice accommodations that you expect from Hilton’s line of hotels. This location however felt more like a cheap no name roadside motel than a Hampton Inn. The room was bare with plain walls and one singular picture. There wasn’t a closet for my clothes, but they did have a small external wardrobe to make up for that. It felt cheap and out of place like an afterthought. The bathroom had 2 small hooks, no shelves or other towel racks, and very limited counter space. The bathroom wall had holes where it appears something use to hang, but it’s long since been gone. Next to the beside light there are also screw holes that have not bothered to be patched, painted, or repaired in any way. I went to the gym to get a quick workout in. The treadmill is broken and will not elevate up and down, the peloton bike is not connected to the internet and gives an error message and was unusable. The second day I came to use the gym the towels had not been restocked and there was only one left. The gym is also very neglected like the rest of the hotel. PLEASE STAY ACROSS THE PARKING LOT at the Home2 as this Hampton inn feels more like a motel 6 with a quick paint job and new sign to make it a Hilton branded hotel. The home2 was not much more expensive when I was booking but I figured the Hampton inn would be a fine hotel. I was wrong. The staff was friendly so that wasn’t an issue at least. The location was very convenient for my needs. But I would not return to this hotel even if I need to come back to this area of OKC.

I'll start by saying I did not stay at this hotel, so I cannot speak to things such as the cleanliness or service during you rstay. But, my experience dealing with them should be shared due to the unhelpful and unpnrofessional management. ||||I booked with this hotel for a weekend for kids athletics. I needed a bigger room than originally booked, so I called the hotel to see about upgrading. The rep canceled my existing reservation and told me I could go online to book a larger room, which I did. The week before our trip my daughter got injured and we had to cancel the reservation. The following week, we were charged for both rooms. The manager of the hotel was unwilling to consider any sort of refund for even one of the rooms, would not listen to any of my reasoning, acted very smug and arrogant and treated us pretty poorly. On top of that, Hilton 'corporate' was of no help, and continued to refer me back to the location. We stay at Hiltons regularly, I'm pretty disappointed and will probably look to other brands in the future when possible. We travel a lot for sports, and will be sharing this experience with the rest of the team as well.

The room had no curtains or chair. the drains didn't drain. There is no television service in the entire hotel. There was hair in the breakfast eggs. And the comfortors need to be washed. The elevator carpet is disgusting. We stayed here before, but this is not the same it must have changed ownership or management.

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel really needs maintenance personnel. The faucet on the bathroom sink was held on with silicone rubber water went everywhere. We were on the 2nd floor and had to checkout by 6:30 am. The elevator was out and took three trips up & down to the car.

My family and I planned to stay here while moving as our house was not ready. Nothing about the experience we had was positive. The room we were given was clearly a room where pets had been, there was even a pet sign for the housekeeper's. I went to the desk to ask for an allergy friendly room and explained that my daughter would end up in the ER if we stayed in that room due to severe allergies and asthma. The front desk clerk couldn’t have cared less. We were told ALL rooms have had dogs in them and that we were not going to get moved to a different room. Needless to say we did not stay here and will never book with Hampton again.
