Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were very friendly. The offered my grand daughter a coloring book and crayons so she could color and hang on their board downstairs. The pool was perfect, as well as the room. Only reason I can’t give a perfect score, is because the bed was a little too firm for my liking. Would stay here again. Well done.

The hotel was fine, and had availability for an unplanned stop while passing through. It was a jarring experience to overhear the assistant manager talk about self defense methods to a younger employee and discharge a taser device behind the front desk while doing so. It was alarming and unnecessary.

Otherwise no notes, it's a fine hotel if you need one. I just wish the environment was safer and more professional at a time when so many guests were trying to enjoy a meal.

Not everyone will agree nor have the same opinion. But to begin with the good parts. I love the atmosphere, floors are always clean and clear, shiny where they shine, windows are clear and there are never any random unwanted smells unless someone decides to throw a dirty diaper in the hallway trash can. Neither here nor there, but I travel with my wife a lot. Her set of eyes are sharp. So far, each stay, my wife, inspects the bedding and has always found a stain on the bed or mattress. We know the differences, but this trend of not rotating or replacing linens until a small spot becomes large and rudely offensive to guest is how bad reviews begin to roll in. I encourage places to keep clean linens, that and delicately bleach the items. Breakfast is good and the staff is always kind and it's appreciated.

I LOVED this hotel. I was here for a grooming Expo with my dogs, so clearly they came with me. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns before, and this is probably the best one. I didn’t get here until late, and Chris at the front desk was AMAZING! I couldn’t get my app to unlock the doors and he was truly the best. One of the most helpful people I’ve ever had in a hotel. And he was so sweet to my dogs, which is the whole reason I normally stay in Hamptons to start with. ||The hotel itself was in a great location and was very peaceful and quiet. Extremely clean too. Fantastic bathroom/rooms! 100/10 would stay again!

Did not disappoint. For its type (nice economy motel) this one nails it. It delivers far more than the location and price suggest. Extremely clean is the major factor here, with nice new appointments. No ugliness or stains, or worn out anything. It all works, makes sense, and is comfortable and very clean. No frills, no bills.

. The entrance seemed clean from just walking in, it does however have a musty smell. The elevator panel was covered in handprints, and the floors were dirty, When we walked into our room, I noticed the outside of our door and others around, had smeared handprints, and some yellow substance on them. Our walls Had brown substance smeared on it in the bathroom and the room. The handle & deadbolt lock (that didn’t work) to exit our room had a thick crust and sticky stuff smeared all over it and under I had to actually get it wet rag and clean it myself. The bathroom had handprints and toilet paper balls, A hairball, And someone’s hair tie under our sink!
Our bedspread had brown CRUST ON IT !
Update! Comes morning, we open the closet to find a pair of someone’s SHOES!!!!

-my husband did not allow me to complain to the front desk, but my family and I however, will not return to this location when we are in this area & we travel a lot for sports here !

Our experience at this Hampton Inn was outstanding. The room was clean, the hotel well maintained and the staff was hospitable and helpful. Kenzie in the breakfast dining area was exceptional. She is a wonderful ambassador for the Hilton organization. We will be back to stay the next time we travel through Oklahoma City.

Rooms were fine, but the sheets are old and pilling. We had breakfast toward the end of service and the eggs and potatoes were cold. Waffles were reliable as always.
