It's probably the nicest Hilton property we've visited in the Northeast. Bright, modern, clean. Great shuttle to Mohegan. The snacks at the front desk were brutally expensive. "Other properties those are free" Our room was on the quiet "cemetery" side. 😉 The other side is a highway. Stay was short. Pleasant. Perfect.

The hotel was Self Check-in, which is pretty nice. The rooms were fresh and new. The bathroom floors were clean but sticky. The breakfast was pretty good, and it was included with the price of the room. But the funny thing was they had bottles of water with a sign that said, "we've got you covered" but they wanted you to leave three dollars a bottle. Most hotels, I say that provide complementary bottles of water.

We made the mistake of booking with an infant through a third party website and it did not tell us they could not accommodate our stay. We drove three hours and they would not make any exceptions and made us leave with our three children or book a separate room which would not work for our situation. The manager was rude and offered zero options for us.

Edit: I asked if they could offer a discount for the second room because it would not be slept in and I was told it was my fault that the booking website we used didn’t account for the right number of people and we were told there was nothing they could do to help us out. We stayed at a wonderful hotel right down the road for a cheaper price that gladly accepted our party!

Very clean. Beds were comfortable...and i say this because they were high and was concerned..but i slept like a rock. Microwave..frig..flatscreen coffeemaker...usb charging PORTS all in there. Indoor heated pool. Guests were well behaved...as i saw families with kids and i was like..OH NO. But it was all quiet at 9pm. ||Place was extra clean...and that was impressive...i mean i had to check vents..top of mirrors and picture frames....all good...||Right off i 95...our room faced the highway..the other view woukd have been a park or something. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable|Would return

Great hotel! Clean and quiet and spacious rooms, great location off the highway, and very close to the casinos! This property has a free shuttle to Mohegan Sun Casino which was a great touch! Much cheaper and more reasonable than staying in one of the towers at Mohegan Sun. Will definitely come back here next time I visit Mohegan Sun. Great parking options onsite too.

We stayed at Hampton Inn since it was only 7 minutes away from Mohegan Sun. The hotel is updated with comfortable bed, room was clean, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great. I highly recommend this location if you are traveling to the area. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Positive: It was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff was very pleasant. Negative: The late checkout fee was high - we got stuck at a sports tournament that ran late and we paid $60 for the extra two hours despite the fact that the parking lot was empty and clearly nobody was trying to check in to that room.

I loved this hotel. It's clean. Updated. They have a great in ground saltwater pool! There is a bar open on the weekend. Really reasonable drink prices. Food prices, too. Buffalo Chicken wings for $10 that would feed a crowd. There is a shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun on the weekends. Free breakfast. The beds were super comfy. I will definitely return.
