This is a very nice hotel and very clean. The breakfast area has a nice seating area that I noticed people were visiting during the evening as well. My room was cleaned and clean bathroom towels were left and trash was taken out. This was appreciated and all my stuff was left right where I left it not moved. The elevator was broken on the 2nd floor for the 2 days we were there but the stairs weren't a problem for us. Some people I could see how this could be a big inconvenience. I understand things happen. Good thing my suitcase was a small one. Great hotel with, good prices, and nice employees. Would come back if I'm traveling in that area again.

Room was great. Clean and well updated.
Breakfast was to be from 6am to 10am. We got to breakfast at 9:20 to find the hot items of ham, omelets and potatoes empty. We asked the staff to refill those items and were told that they were not allowed to refill anything after 9:15. Coffee was removed at 9:30 from the dining room. We made waffles for ourselves and left to go check out by 11:00.
When checking out, we told the desk person about breakfast and he confirmed what we were told about no refills after 9:15 so we asked for the manager. She denied any such thing had been told to the staff and it was not acceptable. She said she couldn’t comp anything for our bad experience but would credit my “HiltonHonors” account with 20,000 points. It’s been two weeks since we were there and we have not heard nor seen any action from her. We are very unhappy with this Hampton Inn and continue to wait on our points!

We stayed here from 12/24-12/27 with our Corgi. Excellent hotel and staff Arrived early on Christmas eve and were welcomed by Mark at the front desk. Kudos to Lori and members of housekeeping and the buffet attendant. Everybody was so welcoming and nice.. Hotel is convenient to many businesses and located right off I-77. We will definitely be back.

We were told the rooms were dog friendly and I reserved a room via phone call. I explained we'd have one dog in one room. We got there and checked in. Every kid was given a packet but mine then we left and I was immediately called, questioned, and asked to return. The man I spoke to when reserving the room failed to make the dog supposedly. Our dog barked for a few minutes, as all do when an owner initially leaves, and I was ordered to return. He wasn't given the typical 20-30 minutes to settle in and it was only early afternoon. So I paid a dog fee and I wasn't able to have my dog there to go to the Polar Express. I talked to the front desk and she said he was quiet right after she called me but figured she should call the room to tell me. That didn't make sense since she called my cell phone. Likely a lie. It also cost a family member a once a year experience that we traveled hours for. Then my credit card showed she sent a dog fee to our other room without a dog and she said she couldn't take it off. To recap, I was questioned inappropriately, ordered to return for something that was expected/resolved instantly, and not called back then double charged. Let's move on though.

After my kid was left out and we were double charged then questioned, I went to the front desk about the fee. I explained to Laura how I felt very calmly with my elderly mother in tow. She told me I was condescending and to go to my room when I was not. My mother was horrified by how Laura talked to us on 12/7 at 9:20pm. My tone was very professional and I tried to discuss but Laura was utterly rude. She said it felt harsh when I stated pure facts. It was shocking to be told to go to our rooms and not have the duplicate charges resolved and to be disrespected even more.

We are Hilton Club Members and I will be calling the corporate office to share this information. I do not recommend this hotel. The staff is subpar and quite frankly, incompetent.

Oh and don't forget! You're in a parking lot of a gas station where all you hear are trucks and cars revving engines. It's LOUD.

Treated my family to the Polar Express excursion and our hotel stay was included. The Hampton Inn was so accommodating and at breakfast, we were treated to a surprise visit from the Grinch! Kids loved it!! Clean rooms and the pool was fantastic!

Very noisy at night, Every night it sounded like a herd of elephants stomping. If you stay there, I hope you get your sleep in before 2AM if you are on the first floor.The only positive was the room was clean
