This is a great place to stay! For all 3 days we were here ,the hotel was impeccably clean and well stocked. Breakfast was incredible! My grandson loved making his own waffles! Our room was very clean and quiet. The staff were all so friendly and helpful!
indoor pool was full, clean, and very warm! The hot tub was great! The location was great and surrounded but great places to eat and shopping. The only negative would be their lack of gym equipment. The gym had house keeping supplies and 1 piece of workout equipment. A bike. However, it was not a problem for us. The hotel is located near (half a mile) cooper park where they have great walking/ running trails . We really did enjoy our stay here and are looking forward to returning!

this was a clean and nicely appointed facility. it is just off the main drag...which makes it quiet. my only complaint is that the showers are so clean, they are too slick to stand in. the staff is helpful and the breakfast is great. the waffles were perfect. it would be nice to have gravy for the biscuits, but they were tastey.

We stayed here for about a week and a half and we had an excellent experience! Staff would check on us and make sure we always had everything we needed. Heated pool and jacuzzi were awesome, and the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We chose this hotel because it had an Indoor pool and a hot tub. The entire time we were there the doors to the pool including access to the outside of the building were blocked open allowing access to the pool and interior of the hotel. When I complained I was told if the doors were shut, it would set off every alarm in the place due to the humidity. I told Desiree we did not feel safe and she did not offer any solutions at all. Also, we never saw anyone at the desk over 2 and a half days and had to ring a buzzer to get anyone to the desk. It felt abandoned and very creepy. Won’t stay there again. BTW I am a local who was entertaining out of town guests and I was embarrassed.

I stayed here on 2/3/25. When I checked in, I was told there was no hot water. I was given a choice by the man at the counter (he has worked here a while and checked me in at my last stay) that I could cancel my reservation with no fee or get a discount when i check out the next morning. I was too tired to move and stayed. the next morning, the lady said she didn't know how to give me a discount. I asked her to have the manager call me, which she never did. I called and left a message the next day and still no call returned. I have emailed and still no response. This is the 3 time I have stayed here and two of the three stays, there was no hot water. To make things worse, my room was next to the hot water heater room and it made a loud warning beep the entire night. If the owner reads this, you can easily look up my stays and see the water was out and I was never compensated. The first time the water was out, I was never told and found out the hard way in the morning. I was not given a discount for that stay either.

I would say this is the best hotel in Mountain Home. IGH hotels have delivered again on providing quality. Staff very friendly and quick with check-ins. Complementary breakfast is as with most IGH hotels. Easy access in the heart of town makes travel to many destinations easy and efficient. The hot tub and pool are a very nice touch after a long business day. Quiet, clean, and updated rooms, overall a very clean hotel.

We LOVED our stay in Mountain Home at Hampton Inn! The room was small but had everything we needed including the best tv we’ve experienced in any hotel room. It’s extra large and top Samsung quality. There were plenty of outlets and usb connections- a nice armoire for clothes and everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely choose to stay here again if ever in Mountain Home.
