This hotel definitely needs an overhaul 19 inch TVs that are old as hell. I would say friendly service but it would be a lie, they were not rude or mean to me just not really friendly. Of course the plugs outside do not work. The only thing that helped out with the Stars its location and the breakfast was decent. The room appear to be clean. Even though I'm not fond them putting the coffee maker and stuff in the bathroom. Even though I didn't use it at least they did have separate towels for if you go to the pool.

The staff was nice, but there were other things that need attention. Wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and the showerhead leaked. The carpet in the room was not clean and moist, so I never wanted to step on it. After the second day of staying there, I realized that my room had fleas and I had bites all over my leg and feet. There are many stray cats outside of the hotel. I noticed cat food is thrown out on the sidewalks to feed them plus there are several restaurants next-door.

When we booked this room, which we did online, ahead of time, on the Hampton Inn site, there were still lots of rooms to choose from and we got to have our pick of room-type. This detail is important for reasons that'll become apparent in a bit ... ||After checking in, we realized that—and this is going to sound unbelievable but we lived it—are you ready? (Because I still am not.) THE BATHROOM HAD NO DOOR. I thought for sure I just couldn't find it ... some hotels under the Hilton brand favor those sliding doors ... but no. There really just was NO DOOR.||We made it work, though we are not one of those families who ::bathroom stuff:: in front of one another. We had to coordinate, it went kinda like, 'Hey, stay over here / don't come around the corner / I have to __ ' every time one of us needed the facilities. Yes, it's as ridiculous as it sounds.||Yes, we notified the front desk, of course.|The response?|"Yea, I know. YOU LUCKY YOU GOT A ROOM / WE FULL-UP!!! You lucky you even got a room at all!!" was angrily shouted at us, with a lot of attitude. (We looked at each other like, 'Is this really happening right now?!' and moved on, both a little unsure whether it was real. We had, of course, assumed they hadn't realized that room was missing its door, until this moment. So we were alerting them, not so much as a complaint, but because we genuinely thought they should know.)||Again, there were plenty of rooms avail when we'd made the res just hours before. I'm not sure why the attitude, as if we were doing something wrong by having the audacity to rent a room ...? I don't know. We needed a place to sleep and made it work ... I still alternate between struggling to believe this ACTUAL EXPERIENCE and laughing about it.||Generally speaking, the room was very run-down, could've used a refurb. No biggie on that end, just not gorgeous or anything.||(And yes, we're HH members, 'diamond' level at the time of this stay, for anyone wondering.)||Anyway, we obviously survived. Probably if asked though, I'd say: stay here at your own risk, I guess. And maybe don't even expect basic, first-world-country living standards, like a bathroom door.

We stopped for one night at this hotel and it was one of the best. The hotel is very clean, location is very close to the highway and most of all the staff are professional they meet you with a big smile and so friendly also they offer breakfast starts at 6 in order to start your day early . I would like to thank the lovely staff Scheryl, Barbara, Britnee, Kensia and I smeal for making us feel home . We enjoyed our stay a lot

The staff was fantastic. They are the only reason this Hampton Inn got two stars from me.
The overall condition of the hotel was far below what expect from a Hampton Inn. The wall paper is peeling off the wall in the bathroom. The shower door would not stay on its track. The carpet in the room was not clean, it appeared clean but had a sticky feel to it when I walked on it barefoot.
A lightbulb was out in the desk lamp. I informed the front desk but it was not repaired by the time we left. The bedside table lamps did not match and on lamp shade was on upside down.
The drywall patches in the room and breakfast area looked horrible.

The staff at this hotel are over the top! The hotel is older and it is my understanding that they are about to go thru renovations. The hotel is clean very clean. It smells clean when you walk in. I had a couple of problems but they were quickly and efficiently resolved. ||The manager is amazing and her staff radiates her personality. Great place to stay.

Let's start with, the WHOLE staff was top tier and treated us like family. No one ever acted like we were a problem and I know we were a lot to handle. We were a very large group in town for almost 3 weeks for work. We took up at least 70% of the property. When I tell you everyone was on it, believe me. We worked two shifts and the staff worked with us from extending breakfast times to accommodate our crews to housekeeping freshening rooms between our shifts. The front desk knew all of us by name or shift and accommodated all of our needs. The property was clean inside and out. Maintenance were readily available also when we needed drop-beds. This place will definitely be on our list the next time we have to work in this area.

Excellent customer service! Kanisha (?) went above and beyond. She made me a waffle and delivered it to my table. She was super friendly and helpful. All of the staff provided great customer service!|The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. |I would definitely recommend!
