Booking a room at the last minute was easy and staff were super kind and friendly. Asia was awesome and made checking in a seamless process. The room was clean and quiet. There was a hot continental breakfast available. I would definitely stay here again!

We are Hilton Silver reward members and we stayed 3 nights during the Christmas Holiday visiting relatives. We checked in on the app and chose our own room. When we arrived I asked for 2 pass cards because , from my experience, the passkey on the app does not always work. The desk person did nit acknowledge us as Reward members. The room was clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. There were only 2 bath towels in the room so we had to ask for more. There was an outlet box cover on the wall next to the sprinkler on the ceiling that was hanging off. The TV only had one color, blue and there was no way to adjust it. We did not call the desk because we were not going to watch a lot of TV. We were in room 144. The other issue we encountered was on Christmas Eve. Not sure if it was coming from inside the hotel or outside in the parking lot, but someone was blasting music waking us up at 11PM and continuing to 12:30AM, and it was not Christmas music. It was loud enough that we could feel a vibration in the room. We did not complain because in past experiences with loud guest, the guests don't care if someone complains. We had an 8 hour drive back home on Christmas Day and were very tired for lack of sleep. The breakfast was sub par for a Hilton brand.

Asia was great!! She helped me get a great room and made sure I got my Diamond member goodies. She had a great smile and was very nice. She's a great person to have greeting people! We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it's always good, but Asia made it great!

The only good thing about this place was the location and staff was nice, the room was so small, there was mold, things were broken and while we stayed there, there was several car break ins because of no cameras. Breakfast is okay unless they are serving bacon then it’s not edible! Like beef jerky it’s pretty bad! My husband was in a hurry to book something since this was an emergency but never again will we stay here! Oh the sharp metal hanging off the side of the AC unit was great also since i have children and my son cut his leg on this!

The room was fine. However I felt discriminated by the front desk service. It was an older male who came off to me as racist. As a Latina, I felt as if I was being judged. This worker did not even look up at me once and when I gave them my card they said “my card is not going through due to fraud”. Then walked away and got someone else to take over the check in. However when I called my bank, they said my card was working perfectly fine. This was on August 30 and I decided to write this down because as a person of color, my experience from the front desk employee was completely disrespectful and it cannot be tolerated.

I checked in on December 2nd on a Monday. My whole stay there, Angela was very, very, very accommodating and very welcoming. Made sure that all my needs were met during my stay there. She is the true definition of customer service and she did an awesome job. I really hope she gets recognized for this

Hotel and rooms are a bit dated but fine, nothing broken or unclean. Staff was friendly. Elevator smelled strongly of cigarettes. Convenient location and a good price.

Only reason I can’t recommend them is my vehicle was broken into during my stay and when the cops came out they said it was a regular occurrence at this location and the third time it had happened that week (he showed me the pile of glass from someone else’s window who’d been broken into two nighters in earlier)

The officer said this place was a regular target because it’s the only hotel in the area with no security cameras in their parking lot and that he thinks it’s related to a homeless encampment in the woods nearby. It’s not the hotel’s fault that people are doing this but the fact they know it happens every other night and don’t make any effort to keep their customers vehicles safe or even warn them that this happens regularly is ridiculous. It’s not even like I have a nice vehicle, I drive a 20 year old beat up truck. Nothing of value was stolen but having to spend a few hundred dollars on a new window and drive 3 hours home in the cold without a window makes me wish I picked any of the other more expensive hotels in the area. Save yourself the trouble and learn from my mistake. It’s not worth the value.

Comfortable and clean rooms, and the location was convenient being right near the highway. My room faced away from the Interstate and was quiet. I can't say how the rooms facing the Interstate would be.
