If you value comfort do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! The mattress is beyond uncomfortable and the couch in the room is no better. I was told they're currently remodeling and will be replacing all the mattresses. That's great ... for future guests but does 💩 for me NOW!
Floors are paper thin as I could hear every step made in the room above us. We'll be cutting our stay short because I need to get some sleep!!
The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty decent ... but that alone can't offset the extreme discomfort the room offered.

The staff was excellent & very accommodating. The room was very nice with particularly helpful amenities. The bed was large & comfortable & my wife & I both got a good night's sleep. We liked it that there was coffee near the check in desk. That was much appreciated after a long drive. When we checked out we were given a lunch bag which we benefited from. Unfortunately the main elevator was out of service. That could happen to anyone. We did have a little trouble finding the service elevator & it wasn't apparent to us where the stairs were. In our room when I looked @ the emergency guidelines on the room entrance I could find where the stairs were after carefully looking @ the diagram . There was a free breakfast. This was a do it yourself breakfast. The waffle was good and lots of amenities to make them better. You want to eat it promptly if you want it hot. There was yogurt & ways to make it tasty. The quality of the eggs & potatoes were poor & the cereal options nothing to get excited about. There was no coffee in the breakfast area which made for a fairly long walk to have coffee with your breakfast. The building was well designed & the stay was pleasant & the building was acceptable clean & our room very well cleaned.

The reason i gave two stars is because my husband and I were there for two days. the first day we booked a room for 2 queen beds but we were given two full size beds. Second night we booked a room for a king size bed but we were given a queen bed. We have a king size bed in our house so I know the difference. Otherwise every thing else was fine.

Great staff! Very nice and friendly! The bathroom may need little updating but it was fine. Close vicinity to restaurant and other needs. Breakfast was very good! Thank you to Marissa she was super nice!

Positive: great location; friendly staff. Negative: The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned; bathroom has caulking peeling away making the tub area difficult to clean. The shower curtain rod had been broke at one point making it difficult to close.

This hotel needs some TLC. The carpet was clean but full of stains. All the furniture was pretty dinged up, and the fabrics were worn down to the threads. The pillows, mattress and shower head are all ready to be replaced. Our desk chair was an old banquet chair. The elevator was broken but no one mentioned it or apologized for the inconvenience. They just acted like the service elevator was the main elevator. That being said the staff was incredibly polite and pleasant. But this was by far the worst shape Hampton Inn ive ever spent 200 dollars on.

Dirtiest Room we have ever stayed in. To pay over $300 to stay at this location and then to walk into a room that was absolutely filthy is unacceptable. I took photos of our room in case the company wishes to argue our experience but we left after one night of stay because we had to make other living arrangements elsewhere. The 1st time we walked in we were hit with a wave of must and humidity because there isnt ventilation in the hotel for each room, its a humid state so every room needs it because of mold. The carpet was sticky and dirty all over. We walked into the shower and we left black footprints in the tub. The walls and paint had been scratched off in one corner. The fridge had never been cleaned because there were drops of something sticky on the bottom. The shower was well below average there were a couple of mold spots in the shower, already growth on the shower head, and paint peel on the tub. Oh and the air vent in the shower was broken so the shower just added more humidity into our room. The bed springs were really squeaky and there were even dents/sink in the mattress so I woke up with some back ache in the morning. This particular hotel shouldn't even be in the same level as a roach motel ....it is that bad and we completely wasted our money coming here. But if you think I'm dramatic, be my guest and check into Room 122. Managers should absolutely be Fired if this is what they call Standard.

It was nice but the only way to get your luggage in is to carry it thru the front. I didn't like the way the entrance and exit was set up. Other than that it was nice.
