It's a very basic stereotypical hotel, however, I've been to other Hilton locations and I'm disappointed. The hotel only offers cable no apps, no place to refill your water, it is very small and not enough room to walk around the halls. Has breakfast and pool. The Google images showed a whirlpool that doesn't exsist. Also there's no snacks for sale like other Hilton locations. For the price I'd try a tru by Hilton location.

They have a vending machine in the room next to the pool but it said out of order on it.

The fitness center is in the pool area so is very overheated. I was only able to do 1/4 of my workout before I had to stop due to the heat. One reason I stay at a Hampton is for the fitness center. It also had no weights. Just a treadmill and an elliptical.

The fragrance in our room was so strong we had to switch hotels. I checked at the desk to see if by chance they had any allergy friendly rooms or a window that opened. She offered me a can of scented Febreeze in response.

The towels and linens were so strongly scented they must use scent boosters in their laundry. The windows don’t open so there was unfortunately no way to air it out. I think the cleaning staff also just goes crazy with air freshener spray as well.

The rooms are a little dated, but what bothered me most was that we were on the first floor with our window looking onto a shady-looking motel. There were not enough bushes around the window to make me feel secure, and the windows weren't frosted, so people could look in and see everything going on in our room. The fridge and microwave were nice to have in the room, and the accessibility of the bathroom was great. Either the bathroom needs to have another drain outside of the shower, or the hotel needs to use a better barrier than a shortened shower curtain to prevent water from getting everywhere, even outside of the restroom. It was crazy trying to clean up the water from the shower.

The staff was outstanding! They attended to all of our needs and were super friendly!

The breakfast was great: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, waffles, muffins, cereal, juice, and the coffee is always available in the lobby.

Overall, this is a nice, clean hotel with a great staff. I hope the manager considers altering first-floor rooms to make guests feel safer with a little more privacy.

At first I thought the area was a little sketchy but it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was great! My kids loved that there was a waffle maker and whipped cream. There was a few stains on the wall by the mirror so I’m not sure if it was permanent or just was not cleaned.

The location is very convenient and the hotel is clean and comfortable. A short drive to Ohio Stat or downtown columbus.

It was fine, not the nicest nor worst Hampton. A bit dated, but totally functional. Stayed in 341 and there was a lot of noise outside late at night— several motorcycles and people in the parking lot who were loud enough I could hear their conversations. ||Whenever Fox News is on the tv at a hotel breakfast, that hotel can only get three stars max. I don’t make the rules.
