I think this review might echo some reviews already stated, but my stay wasn’t the best. First, the location is great. Second, the staff and breakfast were great, the breakfast was some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Sadly that’s where the good review stops. Third, everything has stains on it, the hallway carpet, the carpet in the room, the bedding and towels; which also had black hairs in most of it. My stay was for 5 days and the hotel brochures say every other day housekeeping is performed, but there was no housekeeping done for my entire stay. I didn’t necessarily need it as I was by myself, but it would have been nice if the garbage was at least taken out. I also don’t think that the other rooms on the floor I stayed on had housekeeping performed either as there were 2 days when there were grocery bags piled up by the hallway trash can by the ice machine. Speaking of which, I made the mistake of walking out of my room without shoes to go to the ice machine and the floor surrounding the ice machine was so sticky and nasty that I immediately had to wash my feet. I think that about wraps it up, but I don’t think I will stay here again.

A little bit of effort would go a long way.

Overall, I thought the hotel was fine. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but that’s to be expected at most hotels with continental breakfast. The AC was not working in my room, but the staff fixed it quickly when I brought up the issue. The gym is surprisingly nice with a decent amount of free weights. The pool looked nice as well.

I would not even give this hotel 1 star if I could put a zero! WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! Where do I even begin? When I entered my room it smelled BAD! The air-conditioner was turned to 60...I realized later why... When I turned the air up, the smell got worse. It was late so I decided I would just have to "live with the smell" until morning. That is until I removed my shoes and stepped down on the carpet. The whole room was SATURATED IN WHAT I CAN ONLY ASSUME BY THE SMELL WAS SEWAGE!!!
My feet were so wet by the time I got to the tile, I was leaving footprints. I immediately went downstairs to complain and asked to be moved only to be told they "would never have put me in that room if they had known but they were totally booked and had no other room available". I explained there was NO WAY I could possibly stay in that room so the desk clerk offered to refund my money. Now it is 11:30PM and I have NO WHERE to sleep!! As I turned to go up and get my things to leave, a gentleman stopped me and asked if my room number was ***. I advised it was. He said "Oh they KNEW, they tried to put my daughter and I in that room last night"! While I was standing in the lobby trying to get in touch with HILTON HONORS to get some assistance, which by the way, after many calls, and conversations, have REFUSED to help in any way, many of the hotel guest came up to me to tell me how horrible their experience there was as well. Everything to disgusting conditions to room keys to already occupied rooms, to NO SHEETS on the beds and on and on!
Hilton has lost my business! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!!!

Great location and is close to lots of food and a large mall. Cleanliness of the rooms is questionable and the communication with staff was as well.

I checked into a room that was clearly not ready yet. The shower was disassembled and cabinets open with the main door ajar. Cleaning staff came to fix this. The rooms have stained carpets, questionable towels and moldy showers. Doors don’t seem to lock very well at all. There’s on site laundry for a reasonable price.

One of the members of my same party had to call police because he returned to his room to find all his belongings missing. Staff couldn’t seem to figure out that when he asked for another room ( because it was filthy), someone had moved his things to another room. They couldn’t figure out where they went for hours.

For $150 and the hotel name..I’d expect more.

Positive: Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out processes were simple and efficient. Negative: The only negative was that I was unable to exit the back of the hotel as it was locked for safety purposes, but the only card reader for entry/exit was on the outside of the building. Would not be a big deal usually, but it was raining heavily.

Linens were not clean (comforter, sheets, pillows and towels stained with holes). Definitely needs to work with the cleaning staff and upgrade bedding and linens. On the bright side, A Plus to managent! Ms. Valerie Christian worked tirelessly to correct the issues. I think she is a new manager and believe she can whip this establishment into shape. To every staff member out there, your performance is a direct reflection of the company and management. Owners, please provide managers with the tools to keep your brand at a Level 4 or higher. They can't do it alone.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. However, our first room was a complete disaster, and we didn't check in until after 9 PM. The bed linens were all over the floor, towels on the floor in the bathroom, and food and empty containers were EVERYWHERE - complete FILTH!! Then we get a second room, it was not clean either. The third room was okay but not great. In all three rooms, the phones did not work, and the thermostat in the third room kept showing ERR on the display, BUT thank goodness that did not start until the morning. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE HAMPTON INN AT THIS LOCATION. Breakfast was okay, but some of the hot items were very COLD.

DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL & SHAMEFUL

BEDS RE- MADE using previous guests linen.

Showers dirty with old built & caked on soap.

Hair all over the shower.

EMPTY shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Common areas such as lobby, hallways, elevator and grounds dirty !!

Fire alarms constantly going off

And to put the nail on the coffin.. I had a couple meter my room which had minor children in it after MIDNIGHT… they said the housekeeper gave them the key and room number … we were scared to death.

I’m appalled after being a Hampton inn die hard guest for over 15 years. I’ll be contacting corporate and the state bc this place needs to be dealt with. Absolutely disappointed ☹️
