When you paid over $160 just for 1 night, you expect good sleep. But after calling the front desk about stomping upstairs, they told me that they’re walking “normally.” Apparently this is a structural issue then where the walls, floors, and ceilings are all razor thin. Staff were friendly and nice. If you have to stay here, choose a top floor room for some chance of decent sleep

Very comfortable beds, nice furniture, two water bottles at check-in, walking to several restaurants and a convenience mart. The casino grounds were very pretty at night with a large pond with a fountain and up- lighting on clump river birch trees. It was a nice little walk after a long drive. |Also a good breakfast with several choices. We had a table by the window and got to watch the birds in the feeder!|Our room only had one bath towel and washcloth- didn’t notice until the morning though!

I stayed here August 25-31. My stay started out rocky, but got better. There is a young man in management named Troy, who could use more training. He knowingly assigned me a room ( that he recommended) on the 2nd floor with what I call a window to nowhere. You open the curtain and there is a wall. It turns out the obstruction is the porte cochere. He should have known better than to assign this room for an extended stay. [name redacted] , who is also in management let me know he did this intentionally. |After getting the room switched, it became a bit better. |The breakfast attendant wasn’t great about keeping food readily available. She spent a lot of time out front of the hotel smoking with another hotel guest.|Norma Jean, really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.. I returned from a funeral service to find a greeting card under the door of my room. It was such a kind gesture. If I can’t get Windcreek, this hotel is always my next choice.

Huge Shout out to Norma Jean.. for being a Great Communicator!.. I accidentally left something personal! She listened to me, handled management business! Located my belongings then got in touch with me. So thank you ma'am for being you!🫶🏽 The rest of the staff was very nice! The only reason for 4 stars.. is because the bed wasn't to my comfort but was definitely sleep able. Thank you again for my visit! I do recommend!

So I was staying for about 7 days for a job that I had. I was scheduled to check out at a certain date and time, but unfortunately with my job, there were some complications with how long I was staying. Madison at the front desk was very very helpful and very understanding with our situation and was able to get us squared away perfectly. Without her there I don't think any of me and my crew would have unable to sleep an extra day so that way we could drive safe. Thank you to the management and staff for evetything y'all have done for us

Super nice staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their position. Very nice lake with side walk completely around. Rooms were clean and well taking care of by cleaning staff. Would definitely refer this place to anyone traveling through.

We stopped here for the night on our way to Orange Beach. Very friendly staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The casino is very close. We would stay here again.

I wish I could give this place TEN stars. To begin, my husband travels for work and has been staying here for the last month. Well, my three children and I decided to make the drive from Arkansas to visit him and spend a couple of days at the beach. I paid for a room the first night we were there, however, Miss Norma went above and beyond and switched my husband's room over to a double queen bed for the weekend so we could just room with him instead of having to pay for a separate room. Then the next day, we realized that we had left my little boys very much-loved stuffed animal in the hotel room that we had rented and checked out of the night before. When I tell you that one of the cleaning ladies stopped what she was doing and literally tracked down this stuffed animal and made sure my little boy got it back! She was amazing! The breakfast was pretty good, and the options were plenty! The rooms were clean, and they never hesitated to accommodate anything that we needed. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely stellar! I got a big ol' hug from Miss Norma as I was leaving and I don't think I have ever been sad to leave a hotel! LOL!
