I had the pleasure of staying there last night for a work trip. I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman that checked me in because he was super nice and so welcoming. The hotel is clean and simple and I like that about it. The location is convenient with anything you need 5-10 minutes in any direction and the breakfast was so yum with tons of variety. The televisions are large with great options of stuff to watch, outside grounds are well kept, hallways and elevators were clean. The night desk clerk Tamara was absolutely wonderful and so fun and so sweet The beds were comfortable and clean. The heat and air worked perfectly, the bathroom was large and clean, the room was very clean. I will definitely stay here if I ever have to come back to Stone Mountain for work.

The staff was nice, lobby was clean, breakfast was good but the room was not so great. Towels had someone hair on them, mold and pink slime in the shower, dust on the coffee maker, the handle to the faucet in the bathroom was loose, and the water in the shower barley got lukewarm then turned cold 4 minutes into my shower. Definitely not worth the $130 for one night. Should have stayed at Tru and paid the extra $40 for one night. Plus people were up and down the halls at 1 AM smoking weed and cigarettes. This is a $75 a night hotel at best.

I'm not really sure why this place gets all the low scores. We have stayed in many places and this one is up there with one of our favorites. The cleanliness was excellent. The room was spacious and hust what our family of 5 needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is older so yes, it is in need of some upgrades but I never once felt it was dirty or rundown. We had a lovely stay and wiuld stay again.

The location was perfect for our trip to Stone mountain. Less than 10 min from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It's pet friendly with a nice walking area for the pets. Continental breakfast staff was super friendly, but there was some room for improvement as far as food.

I stay in Hilton properties all over Atlanta for work and this is one of the worst. I went to take a shower in the morning and there was no shampoo or shower gel. The outlet in the bathroom also didn't work. My room was directly across from the ice machine so every time anyone got ice I woke up in the middle of the night. I also woke up my last morning there to a Roach in the bathroom. Do not stay here.

I was at this hotel about a year ago and it was much better than it was about two weeks ago. I have a couple of pictures of my room and the stay was trouble I was on the third floor near the exit people walked and smashed doors all night and morning and smoke cigarettes as well. I was there for a funeral and I drove from Birmingham Alabama on Friday.

This place is literally the worst run hotel I've ever been to. We booked a suite for 3 nights. When we showed up to check at 10pm, they said the suite wasn't available because it had not been cleaned yet....7 hours after check-in, it still wasn't clean. They put us in 2 double rooms, not connected, one of which was filthy and the toilet wasn't working. So we had to switch rooms. The staff doesn't seem to know what's going on as we were told different information about breakfast times, when we could move into our suite, and apparently didn't even know what rooms had been cleaned, and which hadn't. The only redeeming part of this hotel is the waffle bar. We will never stay here again.

The service was adequate.
Rooms were clean, but the towels yellowed and seemed that they were not initially dried thoroughly before folding so they were dry but stiff.
The overall interior appearance needed refreshed and painted.
