This is the first time in a long time I’ve stayed in a Hilton owned hotel but I’m not impressed one reception person was great not sure his name but it took me actually showing reception personnel videos of my shower to get the drain fixed yes they gave me the option to move rooms but I gave them a third chance to fix my shower. They haven’t cleaned my room since Monday and it’s Wednesday now. They took my towels but didn’t leave any the trash I’ve had since Monday has built up. Overall I think the discount I get isn’t worth it and I will stay at Marriott from now on.

Staff was very pleasant and professional. Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was lacking. No hot oatmeal or grits available. Even instant oatmeal was not an option for those that don't eat eggs, meat and potatoes. Easy check-in/check-out.

We stayed at 6 different motel and resorts over the Christmas holidays. This was the best of them all. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Everyone loved the "breakfast lady" who started our day with a smile. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the walk-in shower was outstanding. Our extended family had 5 rooms this year. Highly recommend this hotel and feel it is a good value for the price.

When we entered our room, the smell of the housekeeping deodorizer was almost overwhelming, and we discovered why the next day, after the smell wore off: Our room (and others) had a leaking air conditioner, which resulted in wet carpet extending out two feet from the air conditioner unit in the room. This created a damp/locker room smell in the room. Management was aware and offered to provide another room, but we declined, since we only would be there one more night. |The shampoo/conditioner/bath gel were all very nice, and the room otherwise seemed okay and updated, although there was some peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling.|Breakfast was very basic, but adequate. Compared to other Hampton Inns, this was a real disappointment, especially considering its Peachtree City location.

We came to the Hampton Inn for a friends funeral from California. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the staff was and Melody, who took such great care of us at breakfast. Which was fabulous. The hotel was clean and the staff couldn’t have been nicer to us. We will definitely be staying here again.

Newly refurbished, clean, great staff, saved $130 over two night stay vs nearby hotel. Free breakfast, overall great spot, would stay here again. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, very convienent. Hilton app let me pick my room, adjust room controls remotely, and use the app as my room key.
