I've been staying at the Hampton Inn off and on for the past six months due to work, and every time I return, I’m reminded why I keep choosing this hotel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff consistently provides top-notch service. A special shoutout to Mallory at the front desk. she is absolutely exceptional! No matter how busy it gets, she always greets guests with a smile and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly make a difference, making long stays feel more like home. If you're traveling for work or any reason, I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Big thanks to Mallory and the entire team for making my extended stays so enjoyable

They don't care what room you picked, they will put you anywhere. Oh sorry- we have problems and we know you are a Diamond member, picked a room on a high floor, but we are going to put you on the first floor, in a handicap room by the door. to outside. Too bad. And when asked about the 100% Satisfaction guarantee, the poor little clerk said she didn't know anything about it and she was from Mariott. WHAT?! I even pointed to the 100% guarantee sign. Great training, Hilton. And the "customer care" person at 1800 Hilton (Jody) was useless- well since you checked in, we cannot do a thing-- WHAT?! I checked in thinking I would have a normal room on a high floor. If this is how this Hilton and "customer care" take care of Diamond members, how do they treat the rank and file? UGH-- this seriously has me re-thinking my loyalty to Hilton. It is early enough in 2025 to throw my money at a different hotel chain.

I would like to mention that new maintenance tech Joseph is very respectful and helpful young man. I had a issue and he was very quick on responding to the issue in a timely matter. Keep up your hard work young man. I would like to let management of Hampton inn made a great choice when hiring this young man.. Rooms was also very clean and the front desk and housekeeping is very nice.

Pretty hotel which appears to have been renovated. However, the ice machine has either dirt or mold in it. Every attempt to get ice results in black specs on the ice. Our toilet repeatedly tries to keep running baring a "jiggling" of the handle. A fresh coat of paint does make a hotel new. We anticipate better from a Hampton Inn.

During our brief stay in Anderson, we had a few unexpected challenges pop up in our room. Ellie from the front desk was absolutely wonderful and did everything she could to help us with the issue…..she was pleasant, calm, and very caring. We definitely enjoyed the accommodations and outstanding customer service. Thank you Ellie and staff!

Disappointed with this Hampton Inn. 3:30 AM next room turned TV on WIDE open (with show dealing with abused children), front desk would not answer phone at all. finally had to use my cell phone, numerous calls, finally got attendant that did nothing to help. My husband had to try to sleep in the truck, Cold night, only by after 5am was the TV turned down although walls were thinner than other Hamptons so still able to hear it. Toilet tank lid was cracked and toilet ran all night.|Breakfast area not tended well in the morning,| ( several people left to go elsewhere ) workers seem to care less, someone from the front desk had to step in to help do their job.|As people were finishing breakfast one of the workers started slopping water with a big mop all over the floor which I had to step through just to get out of the breakfast area.|This Hampton Inn could do a lot better!!!|(Priceline did refund this night.)

We’ve stayed in Hiltons and Hampton Inns before but this was very different. At checkin reception less than warm, not recognized as a Gold member —not a biggie for sure.— BUT the shower had hair in the drain from the last occupant — we discovered in the morning. Dust all over ithe TV.console. Breakfast had cold pastry, dry sausage. |The snack section by front desk was amazingly overpriced.—One bottle of coke was $5. |We won’t be back as there are other choices on the same street.

The beds are uncomfortable. The hall way and elevators just stink. There's no hot water and we were told there was a laundry service but they don't have that. The wifi is only free for 7 days any day after that you have to pay. If you have money just go to the holiday Inn expresss. The rooms are clean but not worth it just for the hotel to stink and just be terrible
