Large, clean, pleasant room. Little noise. Working air con, that worked. Black out curtains, very helpful. Decent location in Yuma, easy access to highway, eating, shopping, coffee.
We like to stay here and rates are reasonable. Microwave, refrigerator, but no coffee maker, which would be a plus. We enjoyed the pool but it could use some makeover. It sure beats these cheapo, not so cheapo high rise hotels.

Made reservations for 2 nights site unseen! What a wonderful surprise for a mom and pop place. The rooms were beautiful and very clean! Loved all the tile flooring, bed was comfy, side chairs were very nice and clean! Came in second night they had replace all towels, shampoo and soap. Owners very friendly! I would suggest anyone to stay there also affordable!

We stayed there for 2 nights and loved the room !! |Bright and large room with a King bed and super clean !! |WIFI was super fast AND secure !!|A small fridge and microwave were provided as well.|Ice machine was just a few doors down from our room with no shortage of cubes !|Coin operated laundry was right next door for guests to use. |Conveniently located on 4th Avenue ( Main road ) The hotel is set back from the road so it made for a quiet restful sleep at night.||I would DEFINETLY stay here again !!

Lovely couple checked me in. The rooms were recently renovated. It is a basic room with a comfy bed, surprisingly spacious and most importantly - CLEAN. It is not too far but far enough away from the interstate, close to coffee and food. A great bargain and great service.

What a great example of an American success story. An immigrant couple bought a run down dump and are slowly redoing the place. They've completely redone all but 2 of the rooms. When they finish those 2, they're going to start on the grounds. In a couple of years, you're going to be paying a lot more than what they're charging now.

Quiet,pleasant owners.I have stayed here on / off since 2019.
Never had a problem, travel solo. Good restaurants nearby.
Sprouts grocery close also.

This hotel was spotless, the manager at the front desk was very upbeat and helpful, if a bit hard to hear.

The rooms have been freshly renovated with new stone floor, and plumbing fixtures throughout. Even had new beds and ac at the time of review.

Good location right off a main road into Yuma proper, and just far enough from the interstate there's no traffic noise.

A few nice places to eat within walking distance, and a fry's grocery store also walking distance.

No mini fridge in the room, but I believe they are adding them later. As the remodel was very new. And microwaves in the rooms.

10/10 loved it, 80$ a night for 2 full sized beds. If your staying a few days in Yuma i recommend the Hacienda Motel.

Good stay for the budget price. Clean shower, clean restroom, clean room. Price is reasonable for what you get. It was a cold night out but room was warm with heater. Location is convenient for Yuma Hospital.
Front end staff was very helpful as I arrived late (1am) and there was a mix up with the reservation made online but he assisted with fixing mistake in the morning before checkout. Service with a smile goes a long way.
