Very nice small greek restaurant.
Nice variety on menu. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The owner went out of his way and offered us some Greek donuts to try which were great.
Chicken gyro along with a platter were delicious and nice serving size.
Fresh and hot food was.
Will definitely go back.
The build your own bowl looks like a great idea.

Husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a while. We finally stopped on our way home from the shore today. And damnnnn the food at this place is amazing, and the guy behind the counter seemed so sweet!

We both got gyro bowls, husband got lamb, I got chicken(pictured). Portions were very generous and I have plenty left over for lunch tomorrow.

The option to use the little "order here kiosk" is fantastic as my eye sight is terrible and I wasn't able to see the digital menu that hung behind the counter.

Delicious, authentic, fast, fresh Greek food! We got takeout here for the first time and will definitely be coming back to dine in. Got the authentic chicken bowl and the chicken souvlaki bowl- both were unique, delicious, and had so many good flavors. The portions are large too, and the staff is so friendly! Will definitely be back

Great service and great food!
The restaurant was very nice and the portions and prices were good too. They are right next to Lafayette College and very easy to find with plenty of parking in the area
I'm definitely looking forward to going back and trying some of the other items on their menu.

Today I enjoyed one of the best Gyros in the Lehigh Valley….I have been waiting a long time to have a traditional gyro…The ones you usually get around here are the lamb, beef mixture…. Gyro Concepts has this but also Pork or Chicken. I got the Pork Gyro and it didn’t disappoint…It was delicious….Full of meat, tomatoes, onions and French fries also some tzatziki. I also had the Loukoumades for desert.. Also fantastic…. The staff that was there was wonderful and friendly, I really enjoyed talking to them while waiting. I highly recommend Gyro Concepts, great food, great people.

🚨🔥 WARNING: Eating at Gyro Concept may cause extreme happiness, spontaneous dancing, and a serious case of “I need this in my life forever.” 🔥🚨

I got the beef and lamb gyro and let me tell you… it was so tender it practically whispered sweet nothings to my taste buds. Flavor? Astronomical. The house-made Zieke sauce? Bro, it was fire. I don’t even know if fire can describe it. It was like my tongue just went on vacation to Flavor Town and forgot to come back.

And the fries. Yes, the fries. You think fries can’t be special? WRONG. These fries were crispy little golden soldiers of joy. Most gyro places use sad, cheap fries that look like they’ve given up on life—these fries are ambassadors of potato excellence.

The pita bread was soft, fresh, and basically a cloud that decided to become edible. Ingredients? Fresh. Delicious. My stomach? Eternally grateful.

Price? Yeah, it’s a little steep… but honestly, I’d sell a kidney for this again. 10/10, would recommend to literally anyone who likes being happy. 💥

The food was great, the dessert was highly recommended but it was not good so we couldn’t eat it. I don’t know if I would try another one, but the chocolate cake was specifically recommended by the staff and it was not worth the buy. I would go back for the food because it was pretty good. I liked the hummus and chicken platter a lot.

Growing up in easton I never really knew of a good place to get a gyro except for the carnival or Greek food festival. Now as an adult ive discovered Gyro concepts and their gyros are absolutely delicious and my go to spot for a gyro. The meat and veggies tasted fresh, it's packed with food and at a great price. I also love that they put fries in the gyro and pack it tightly for to go orders which means no big mess when eaten later. We will for sure be back.
