I have been giving this business my money for many many years as my friend used to own it and franchised a few locations and now others
Bought it. I call order 2 18” pizzas and a salad, it’s was a $90 dollar order after tip and delivery.

One of the pizzas I ordered was a BBQ chicken pizza, I call and make sure they can make it and they assured me, I receive my pizza with tomato sauce SMH I call to let them know then the girl the took my order and also answered for my complain tells me next time I order A BBQ Chicken pizza to ask for BBQ sauce instead of tomato… as a person owned and operated pizza restaurants since I was a kid as a family business think her telling me how a BBQ chicken pizza is ordered just made me furious and cost them a customer. What shitty service provided. Also rushed me through my order without asking me what type of pizza; tried to call several times but no answer and of course received the least favorite type we wanted NY. Last time

Just left here and spent over 80$ and got burnt garlic knots and missing sauces I paid extra for. The pizza was hard. Im disappointed because I have tried this place at the Tempe location and Avondale and normally it is great. Unfortunately, the goodyear location failed me and is conveniently closer to me. The reason mainly for my low rating is due to me being on hold over 5mins. I tried to call back multiple times no answer. Secondly, a hair was in my salad as well. I just want my burnt food refunded at this point. The only thing good out of the order was the wings. I see (YOU)the owner has replied you’re hard to get a hold of, I would like a refund for my bad experience.

Walked in and greeted being told to sit anywhere. I liked that. After seating was again greeted by Asher and truly focused on what we requested. The food was awesome and the service was the best. The only reason I deducted a star is that the tables and booths looked like they need a renovation.

Came here on late Saturday night, the place was pretty empty. The waitress messed up our order but the other waiter was nice about the situation and helped get it right. The wings are DELICIOUS!!!! That is definitely five stars, the appetizer sampler was a pretty good deal for what you got and everything was crispy, so tasty! My only thing was the pizza, it was the perfect cook but maybe they need to add a little to their crust. It’s so dry, it’s like, I can taste the yeast, maybe put some olive oil or garlic? If you love sauce on your pizza make sure to ask for extra because it’s more cheesy than saucy. Still overall delicious and the service was great! I wish people could give the place a little slack they are currently hiring new people so it takes time to adjust. We are not all perfect, they do their best.

We are never eating here again unfortunately. Just called to place a order for pick and was denied service. Me and my family have been coming here for roughly 2 years now. We loved the food here. Always had a great time. Never had any issues until a few months ago where I placed a pickup order over the phone for a giant pizza which is nearly a $50 Pizza. The following day after eating my family got sick and I called to speak to the manager and she told me that I had to give her a doctor's note stating that I had food poisoning from the pizza, which in the state is a HIPAA violation. She didn't believe me and I told her that I was a reoccurring customer. In the end she did give me a refund for the food but I did not realize until tonight when I tried to place a pickup order that they had flagged me and denied me service even though I have been a reoccurring customer for nearly 2 years. So therefore they have lost a customer. My family will never eat here again whether we choose to dine in and I will not recommend this place to anybody because the service is now horrible and the manager is horrible and very disrespectful.

Great thin crispy and lightly chewy crust. Good amount of toppings. Only issue was it seemed like the toppings weren't baked on the pizza full time. I got two slices and possibly the crust, sauce and cheese are cooked first then the toppings added for the last period of cooking, as they did not look or taste fully baked. They were still good and plentiful though. Just didn't seem cooked fully with the pizza.

Just left Gus’s. I ordered crispy and sloppy wings.
Wings were dry!! When I packed up leftovers, I asked for a side of side due to the wings being dry.
When I paid, I reviewed my receipt afterwards since I didn’t get a bill to review.. I was charged twice for extra sauce when I didn’t get extra sauce when we received our food. This was my go to wings place. I also tipped her and the waitress was not attentive. Talking with another female at the counter and playing with her hair.

Horrible experience and food.They delivered burnt pizzas that should of never left their kitchen (see photos). When I called to let them know it was an incredibly frustrating call with someone who didn't understand and finally put manager on phone. I was told I'd get a credit for our next order. Still needing to eat dinner, I requested they remake it, check it and deliver it asap. 30 min later the manager's son arrived with a pizza, asked me to check it, and then said it was his mom I yelled at. No one yelled at anyone and we aren't comfortable eating the new pizza bc with that attitude who knows what might have been done to it. This entire experience was a disaster. When you charge an extra $9 plus tip for delivery people generally expect their food to not be burnt.
