The rooms are large and clean. Everything works ,and is cared for. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse. I have been here 11 months and seen remarkable improvements under the new management. The value here is in it being Clean, Safe and secure for women, children and old folks like myself at a very affordable price. Not just the cheapest Motel in Ardmore , but the Best value for the money in Ardmore.

My experience here has been nice and respectful, no issues whatsoever friendly people and helpful staff members. Clean rooms quiet most of the time, super friendly front desk attendant very polite and kind overall stay has been great.

Under new management! James at the desk gave excellent customer service, very clean, professional and well mannered. Place was quiet, safe everyone was nice and pleasant. Love that I can have my dogs with me, very pet friendly. Room was clean and even had laundry service on sight will recommend!!

Just NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! I will never recommend this place to anyone!! It absolutely sucks! TV wouldn't even work didn't have a remote or a power button. Water pressure sucked. No trash cans. Drug addicts all over the place. Only stayed here because it was cheap and I was passing through, I'm sorry but I've had one more hotel/motel that was worse than this but this in definitely top 2 of the worst!

Changed rooms three times. First one was completely nasty. Smelled horrible. No TV. Second had burns on blanket and smelled of drugs and cigarettes. Third was still bad but better. Had roaches do not recommend.

Came out here to help my son move. Liked the area, so we checked in and the place was decent. While.we looked for a new rental home, the owners have flipped this place significantly!

The updates/renovatations are still coming, but what a massive improvement!! The grounds are well-maintained, cleanliness is above par, the new management is excellent and to be honest....very accommodating. They have really made an impact and the guests who brought trouble are long gone.

First and foremost, if you are scheduling through booking.com, I'd definitely come take a look at the rooms before deciding to stay here.
Room is very very basic, booked a single bed room for a week, ended up getting a double, on top of that the heater doesn't even work, I've had it set to 90 the entire time and don't think it's got above 63 degrees in this room. (Sitting at 58 right now by temp gun) No pillows were in my room when i got here, wouldnt even supply any so i hadto go buy my own. I had found a used needle above the door on the trim. Also a needle cap in the sink. Obviously cleaners dont pay attention that well. Also I have been here for about 4 days, the day after I checked in the cleaners came into my room and took the blanket off the other bed but really didn't do anything else beside that. Haven't been back in the room since.
If you are light sleeper, this place is not for you, you have people in and out of their rooms all through the night sometimes being very loud.
Not sure if the room I got had been raided or not but there are gaps at the bottom the door where daylight and cold air are getting through
I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy, they have a no refund policy which is crap, I booked my room not knowing what I was getting myself into, Granted I shouldn't have gone cheapest place, but at least give us some pillows like come on......honestly if you ask me, $39 dollars a day is way to expensive for this place. Should be dropped around 15-20! Asked if I could just stay for one night instead of all nights and get refund for rest of days was denied and was told all purchases are finale absolutely no refunds.
I will say one thing positive, the water even at 24 degree weather, definitely gets warm. Water pressure sucked, other than that shower was actually pretty decent.
Normally my job puts me up in rooms, in this instance they did not and had to pay for the room myself. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. If you wanna go cheap and easy, don't come here, you'll just hate it and be depressed as I was.

It would make a nice lot for a new hotel once they bulldozed it. The rooms are disgusting and there is no shortage of crackheads. The pool is nice though 😂
