Very nice !! close to water 🙂..the business is ran very well.The gentleman that owns this place is wonderful! He greeted us very nicely the house was clean, wonderful and perfect! I would recommend this to anyone that wants to stay by the lake it’s totally worth every penny and the pricing is very cheap for all you get very cheap ! Kids loved it also. Had so much fun and will be our destination every time we come back.

Somewhat dated, but cute little place. Nicely decorated.
Great location, quiet view of the cove. Boat rental within walking distance. Short drive to Walmart and Starbucks (5 min).
Minus 1 star for dusty furniture/counters and dried crusty stuff on the kitchen table? There was also a slight musty smell.
Just needs a freshening up.

Another fantastic stay! Such great hosts. Amazing what they have done in just 2 yrs to this place! They are always available and asking if everything is alright while working hard everyday on property. Gets better every time I visit! Used to stay at Best Western as I passed through town, but this is so much nicer being on the water and quieter. Place is super clean, newly decorated. All the different rooms, cabins have been perfectly appointed for all my needs and beyond. Even better than most Airbnbs I have stayed at for much higher rates.
Perfect lake location right on water and close to everything in town. Really good fishing right off their docks. Have firepits, pool, outdoor seating to enjoy the outdoor property. No reason to ever leave the property it is so well furnished and peaceful. Except Grove has lots of really good low priced restaurants too!

Great ownership makes a huge difference! Could not be more accomodating and welcoming. Made sure I had everything I needed and took the time to make sure I knew how to work the heaters and t.v. remotes, etc. You can tell it really matters to them that you enjoy your time there.
Unlike hotel in town I stayed at that only cared about doubling their price after initial good reviews, and could care less if you even get a good nights rest and very rude. Your money is well spent here. Plus have fantastic view of the water, nice grounds, docks, fishing steps from your porch!
Plan on returning. Thanks again for your warm hospitality, everything was great!!

What a great place with great people! The rooms were clean, nice, well furnished, with the essentials there and ready. The grounds are beautiful and set up great to sit and visit. The biggest point though, is the owners. At Groveport they went out of the way to make our stay amazing and were the most accommodating owners we’ve stayed with. This is the only place we will be staying for our trips to Grand in the future. Great jobs guys!

This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! We stayed in May 2022 and it was excellent. The rooms are updated with all the features and amenities of a mainstream hotel, but WAY more personal with a cute lake vibe. We loved the back porch that looks over the lake. The owner was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect upon check-in. We’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family. Bonus - If you’re a fisherman, there is room for your boat + plug-ins!

This place was a gem. Quiet and comfy. The room was clean and the owner had renovated recently. The shower was bigger than normal. The room had a small kitchen in it. There was a back deck, fire pit, and BBQ pit. On site there was a 10 boat pier and a flat floating pier to fish from. The owner was great. Gave us his cell phone to call or text if we needed anything. This place was definitely worth the stop.

My Grandma would be so happy to see it back up and running. It was a pleasure meeting you guys and such a blessing that you allowed me to come view all of the amazing renovations to my childhood home.
