I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now I go to hotels on occasions that have smoking rooms because as we know, not too many of them still have them. I find that this is the best of all the hotels I’ve stayed in that had smoking rooms. It’s just a bit outdated but other than that well worth the money. I will continue to come to this hotel. It is my new go to hotel when I want to smoking room. The staff is amazing. I’ve never been disappointed. Now, if you’re looking for a luxurious well, then I suggest you go somewhere that has luxurious rooms and no smoking rooms. Can’t wait to come back.

Great price! The staff were friendly and my room was beautiful and clean. It was peaceful and relaxing. I'll definitely be back for another stay!!!

So, I live here. Obviously. I did read some of the reviews. Okay, so I have been here for almost a year. Currently 15. I agree with some of you, I help my mom clean. She's one of the best workers. The others. Don't even clean that well. My mom also works up at the front desk. She's very helpful. If u have any other animals, then a small service dog. I wouldn't waste ur money. I had a cat, and he was a service animal. They wouldn't let me bring him. But he let the people next door bring their animal, which wasn't even a service animal. I cried for days, weeks, and months. I still do. My brother always gets in trouble and blames for stuff he didn't do. Yes. I'm telling this because to all of you, because you don't deserve to stay in a place like this. My mom does try her best. We are in a struggle, so this is the only place we can stay for now. You can not cook without getting in trouble. He may threaten to kick you out. Like he does us. But, again. This is my story. You all believe what you like. The rooms are well, but some are nasty and weird. If you get a clean, clean room, that's because my mom cleaned it. And as for the rude ones of you, that's because she's following the rules of her boss. Who is somewhat very rude but nice at some points. He's not the nicest. Maybe try reading this before you get a room! Especially if u have any other animal than a small dog! If they give u rooms with two beds and you ordered one. It's because it's down or someone is in it already. Not their fault !!

I showed up at 3:00 am and needed a room, the front desk clerk was awful worse customer service in my life! Told me the room was 69.99 I got 2 nights and was charged $50 deposit and $260. Don't even know why I was charged that extreme amount after I was told directly by the clerk it was only 69.99/night. Doesn't add up to me. When I asked y it was so much she said I had to come back when the managers there and he’ll adjust it. Anyway finally got in the room
117 and it was the most disgusting room I've ever been In! There was dozens of Large burn holes all over the blankets and sheets and a broken crack pipe lying on the floor! We walked in and walked right back out. Went back to the front desk and the clerk said she couldn't issue the refund and then got pissed at me and told me to leave! Charged me $310 for the most disgusting room in Columbus and then called the police on me cause I wanted to speak to a manager! Still haven't received any of my money back because when I called the manager he said my bank has already taken the money out of his account/ wasn't true I called back 4 days later and talked to him being respectful and calm and asked how he could charge someone that much money to not stay there! He thought I did stay is what he said but he knew I didn't they are liars and thieves stay clear of this place and do yourself a favor! I filed a dispute on the charges today. Will update

The good:
The few staff members I interacted with were nice. The bed was extra firm which I like. It was for the most part very quiet.

The BAD:
The room smelled weird. Wasn’t very clean. The tv was the same size as my MacBook. Housekeeping never came. Empty vending machine (store within walking distance so no big deal) no curtains. Just blinds you have to jam against the window and yes, I saw the black male employee peeking in my window. Weird since I’m a man. Terrible WiFi. Got no signal. Traffic in front of the place is a nightmare. I wasn’t traumatized but definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

For the price I really like this room . It was peaceful . It was clean . The people at the front desk was kind . There was a 50 dollar deposit which I called before hand to see if there was and I got it back in the morning . I will definitely be going back . For the room to be cheap . It was great . I’ve been to other rooms that coast more and was nasty with roaches . Not this one great and would recommend. To a friend .

Good place to sleep for a night. Room was overall clean, bed was more firm than my back would’ve liked, but that’s not the hotels fault. Front desk workers were friendly

Please do not waste your time or money with this place, the manager/ owner is extremely rude and unreasonable. He became upset when my boyfriend got to his room and there were burn marks all over the blanket, and food on the floor, and discolored towels, When we brung it to his attention he instantly tried to provide another room or only the $50 deposit back which we didn’t feel comfortable staying there at that point, once he found out we wanted our money he became irate and started to go back and forth with us and called the police.
