First time here. The food was delicious. I got the Brunch Burger and Onion Rings. The burger was a real burger cooked perfectly, topped with cheese, the most delicious bacon ever, and a fried egg. Bacon flavored Aoili included. The onion rings were amazing. They were very busy when we went after church, but we only waited less than 10 minutes. Our server was super nice and very attentive. Will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service and food. Large menu that is easily mixed & matched to suit your wants. Seasonal specials are my favorite and the regular menu never fails. I wish they were closer to my home so I could eat here more frequently.

This place is absolutely amazing! The food, the atmosphere, the employees, and other guests. They aim to please from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Sometimes you want some breakfast, others a little brunch, or how about some lunch! Whatever you're in the mood for give this place the opportunity to earn your local home town support!

2nd Update!!! We are now regular customers. We really enjoy the variety of the menu and great service from a local restaurant.

We ate here for lunch and the fried green tomato BLT with a side salad was awesome! My wife loved her traditional BLT. We love the new wheat everything bread too.

My wife and I ate here the first Sunday they were open. We both enjoyed the classic breakfast. I added tomato gravy and it was wonderful! The bakery items looked good but we were stuffed. We will be back soon to try other items.

I've been coming here ever since they opened. I literally cannot say one bad thing about them. The staff as always so nice and so attentive. The restaurant is always clean! And the food is ALWAYS so dang good! For breakfast, I recommend the breakfast burrito or steak and gravy biscuit. Lunch? I recommend the Texan Burger, Alabama Mac or Chicken and Waffle Fries. You can't go wrong with Grit and Grind. 15/10 would recommend.

Did you know that most small towns don't have breakfast diners anymore? We are so lucky to have multiple options for breakfast in Phenix City, AL/Columbus, Ga. Grit and Grind sits at the top of our breakfast restaurant list along with Cafe 431 and First Watch. Today, we had the pleasure of Larrissa being our waitress, and she was quick and attentive. Food came out fast and looked great. The food tasted fantastic as always. I ordered the chicken biscuit (sub tomato gravy, usually comes with sausage gravy). Both my kids ordered the french toast with their preferred toppings. Thanks for a great breakfast experience.
