Great place. Was a little worried when I pulled up because the decor and lighting is a little interesting, but decided to come in and did not regret it. Everything is home made in house. Bathrooms were clean. Great place for a taco Tuesday!

Saw this restaurant on my way back to a job site and gave it a try...was friggin good. I've been looking for authentic street style Mexican food since I moved from San Diego 6 months ago. I had 3 carnitas tacos on flour Tortillas and a bottled Coke...reminded me of Baja

I was starving and decided to take a gamble on a new spot—and I’m so glad I did! Gringo's Taqueria in McAlester is a hidden gem that hits different. I went with the Carnitas Burrito, and let me tell you... it was absolutely delicious! Every bite was packed with flavor, and you can tell the guys here take a lot of pride in their work. The food is fresh, authentic, and made with love. McAlester is lucky to have such an awesome Mexican spot. If you're looking for something that hits the spot, this is it! Highly recommend!

The food here is pretty amazing, I absolutely love it and I honestly believe it’s one of the best food places here in McAlester; all time favorite.

The food here is great and easy to order. The menu is simple and easy to understand. I personally recommend the Gringos burrito with Pollo (chicken) and everything on it. Amazing flavor versatility whilst keeping everything simple without having a crazy complicated menu. Food: 5 star

The service here is amazing just because the food is not only simply to order, but the food comes out quick, I’m talking ASAP. And not only that, but they’re especially ready to take your order and get you whatever you need. Service: 5 star

Atmosphere is great here too. I love the location here and how the windows are set up to have the sun shine really pop and make the room seem warm and welcoming. As a Mexican... Lol alot of people ask me where the good Mexican food places are since there are so many in this town. Without missing a beat, I send them here! They are real quick even on busy days. Anything you get is delicious, my favorite burrito is the California burrito. It's HUGE and ugh, Soo good ! 😊👍
