My fiancee and I had an absolutely lovely stay at the Greenwood Bed and Breakfast. The suite was spacious and very well thought out, including numerous outlets, blackout blinds, and a smart thermostat. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, but still walking distance to many local attractions, including a nice walking path. Would easily stay here again as well as recommend to anyone visiting Atlanta. David has a great property that you can tell is well maintained.

Belated thank you to David for a wonderful July stay. The unit had everything we needed, and was convenient to all, yet quiet at night. The off-street parking was a big bonus. The A/C units worked great, the kitchen was equipped, and the breakfasts were amazing (David surprised us on several occasions). Although it's a "B&B", it's really a separate, private apartment, but with the host next door. A perfect combination.

Greenwood B&B is nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to the Beltline and Ponce City Market. There's plenty of other amenities within walking distance including parks, shops, and the botanical gardens. David was a super accommodating host with excellent breakfast prepared each morning. The bedroom and living area was all very comfortable and perfect for a weekend or weeknight getaway! The small breakfast nook was the perfect spot to hang out and eat or play games while you watch people walk by the quiet neighborhood streets. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet getaway!

The Greenwood B&B is located in the historic Virginia-Highland neighborhood of Atlanta, GA. David is a very gracious, thoughtful and humble host. He can whip up an awesome breakfast and help with navigating the neighborhood. Ponce City Market, restaurants, and grocery stores are all in close proximity.

David is an excellent host and cooked delicious breakfasts. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, well-furnished, etc. We did not have time to play games, but I appreciated that he has scrabble and several other games. The location is fantastic! We walked the 5-10 minute walk on the path to Ponce Market twice to enjoy wonderful meals, and we were just a few miles from Virginia-Highlands and downtown. Easy to drive or Uber into downtown. Excellent and beautiful area for walking and running. Great parking as well.

This location is excellent with only a short walk to Ponce City Market with restaurants and shopping. The home is spotless and full of charm. The owner, David is extremely thoughtful and prepares an excellent breakfast each morning.|It includes private entrance, living room and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a full kitchen. We enjoyed the beautiful sun porch and each evening walking through the neighborhood. Loved our stay and have already booked a return visit. Highly Recommend!!!!

David provides a 10/10 experience. He is incredibly accommodating, the space was immaculate when we arrived. His breakfasts are absolutely delicious. The space is located in a great area of Atlanta, very walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, bars and Ponce City Market!

Amazingly cozy and spacious bed and breakfast just minutes away from Ponce City Market in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Dave was a very hospitable and capable host, making delicious breakfasts every morning for his guests. I would definitely stay here again!
