Definitely one of the best places to stay in Bisbee. I made a last minute booking for a family member coming to visit me. I of course booked the Greenway Manor becuase the owners are amazing and it’s one of the coolest and most unique properties in Bisbee. I received the check-in instructions via Expedia on the day of check-in and everything was very clear and seamless. I was confused about the prior review so figured I should clear that up. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure the stay is top-notch and the price is competitive. I will definitely be booking this place in the future when I have friends and family come to visit me in Bisbee. Could not more highly recommend!

I recently booked a quick three-day getaway at Greenway Manor through Expedia, excited to explore Bisbee. However, I came across a negative review online that initially spooked me. I later learned it was a wrong report for this location, but at the time, it left me feeling unsure. I decided to cancel my reservation a few moments after booking, only to discover there was a cancellation fee.
I am also on a very tight budget so this would derail my whole adventure.

I reached out and spoke with Jenifer at Greenway Manor, and she couldn’t have been more understanding and kind. She graciously waived the cancellation fee and even offered to upgrade me to a beautiful and spacious two-bedroom apartment if I decided to stay. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care completely stood out and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Although I had already booked another Airbnb, the thoughtful and caring response from Jenifer and the Greenway Manor team left a lasting impression. I’m so grateful for their understanding and will absolutely be booking with them in the future.

DO NOT BOOK this place! We fully prepaid for our stay (via EXPEDIA). Greenway told us we would receive "check-in information" and an access code (since there is NO ONE ON SITE, and the property is LOCKED DOWN) on the date of our arrival. WE NEVER GOT EITHER a CHECK-IN INFORMATION NOR an ACCESS CODE on that date. We showed up at property on the reserved/arrival date, and tried to call the owners (and left messages) 4 times when we couldn't access/get in -- and have NEVER received a reply. We COULD NOT GET INTO the place since it was all locked up with no one present, and thus NEVER STAYED. We had to simply drive back home (2 hours). | Afterwards, we have tried to get a refund and still NO REPLY FROM OWNERS. |The day AFTER our reservation date, we received their belated access code (obviously no good to us then). Still don't have a REFUND or any contact from the owners OR Expedia. They subsequently gave us a different phone number to call, but NEVER ANSWER and have no Voicemail mailbox for messages. Don't know if is a SCAM? Terrible, terrible, terrible :customer service! *** BIRDERS especially --- DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! We had planned to visit Whitewater Draw the next morning at sunrise, but obviously did NOT because we had nowhere to stay the night before (and I had told the owner of our plan BEFORE committing to the booking). AVOID this place; DON'T loose your $$$,

We were staying in Bisbee and just booked here by chance. So pleased!|We stayed in the Johnny Cash room. Bed super comfy and beautiful sheets. Lovely Kitsch place to stay, weird old fashioned shower! |Arrived in the evening and was met by Gretchen. What a lovely and helpful woman. Walking distance to the local bar. Had a fab night here.|Found out Gretchen is running for Major! Best of luck.|If we are ever near here again we will be back.

This place is a must stay!!! A quick drive to historic Bisbee. The room was super cool, and we stayed in the Elvis room. Record player with his records. Comfy beds and the home is beautiful inside and out. Gretchen is the sweetest. Gave us a tour of the house and some great recommendations for food and fun. We will be back again for sure, but for a few nights so we can really explore everything!

OK...we felt this place was very accommodating and the price!!!! Will recommend it for not gouging ppl right there. Very clean, decorated so cool (stayed in The Cash room). Didn't realize we were getting a full kitchen, bath, dining area and a very comfortable bedroom. Could use large outdoor gas firepit at will and there are grills to use too. Thumbs up and this will be our Bisbee go to!!!!

Can’t wait to come back to Greenway Manor next time we visit Bisbee! It’s nice being out of the historical downtown, with so much still available on the other side of town and being only a 8 minute drive away. The Johnny Cash room was way too cool - we were huge fans of the decor, the vinyl player and other amenities included in there. Gretchen is an incredible host and took great care of us, and really knows Bisbee well, if you’re looking for recommendations. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay in this charming place - it’s a must for music lovers!

Greenway Manor falsely claims to be a Bed & Breakfast - but does not provide breakfast. The rooms do not have a/c so it was miserable sleeping there at night. The room and house is very old and dilapidated. No one is there to greet you at checkin - you check yourself in and let yourself in with a keypad. We would not recommend staying at the Greenway Manor to anyone.
