Nice hotel. I stood here for one night to catch a flight. The rooms were clean though I was missing a desk chair. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The elevator was out of service but they offered to help me with my bags. Their airport shuttle is not a shuttle. They partner with Uber and can schedule your ride for you complimentary. My driver showed up on time so I had no trouble but keep that in mind. I unfortunately missed breakfast as I left before 6 AM start time. Reasonably priced and you can door dash food to your room.

The room could use some updating, we were on the second floor right off the elevator on the weekend so it was not super quiet but was still able to sleep. The AC did make a thumping noise and our shower dripped the whole time you really had to crank it to get it to stop, and the toilet would run if you didn’t jiggle the handle. We had 4 people in 2 queens we only got towels for one person so we had to ask for more, not a huge deal. The interaction with the staff on the other hand was good, we were checked in easily, and check out was a breeze. The hotel is in a good location and it was clean. The breakfast is average , could be improved. For a quick weekend trip it was a good non expensive place to lay your head down for the night.

Very easy check-in with Shy. As requested, we were booked into a first-floor unit. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the room, but Shy upgraded us to a king suite. This was much appreciated as it was already almost midnight. The room was spacious, the bed was VERY comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was good, and there was plenty of parking. Check-out in the AM was fast and simple.
We enjoyed the staff; they were very courteous; and we stayed there again before our return flight. I believe it was Kerra who helped us the second time.
Our only issue, which Green Tree really cannot control is all of the construction in the area, and it was not so easy to find late at night.

Not a bad stay, but a number of inconveniences. Positive: Inexpensive, good hot breakfast, and friendly staff. Negative: Only trash can was one tiny one in bathroom; Fridge had a giant block of ice so we couldn’t put leftovers inside (however staff held them in lobby fridge for the night); shower didn’t drain well and hot water had to be turned up a bit higher than you’d expect; the elevator is functional but might be a bit old (just enough motion when starting and stopping to make you nervous). Overall not a bad stay if you’re just passing through.

GreenTree is nothing fancy, and looks like it's had some rough treatment over the years. The area is rough - not walkable but you can drive to many different venues. The price was affordable. We stayed one night. I would have preferred a higher level of cleanliness. There was a musty old smell in the room. The carpet in our room was awful - stained and we definitely didn't want to walk barefoot. But, the sheets were clean and we slept well; it was quiet and we had a good hot shower in the morning. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff were all very friendly, polite and welcoming.

DO NOT FOR ANY REASON GO TO THIS HOTEL.

My mother stayed here 2 weeks ago on the bottom floor. Room 103.
A prowler tried to enter her room. Thankfully, she was able to scream and prevent him from entering. This hotel was not apologetic or shocked.
They did not call the authorities and did not offer to compensate.
Zero accountability.

The staff is on point and super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is very helpful. Front desk was kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t say enough as to how great this place is. The breakfast was amazing. Hot and cold choices.

The pictures don’t look anything like the property. The room was dirty and there was red wine splattered on the wall. Something was on the nightstand. The AC didn’t work either. Sheets had stains, floor was dirty, hair in the shower. Enough said. The people that worked the front counter were really nice though.
