A great addition to Indian restaurant options here in the area. They have a wonderful option on the buffet for lunch and until the end of March it's for dinner as well! The food was great, very authentic. Be sure to watch out for the cardamom 😂. Very nice family run business, be sure to check it out!

I had the pleasure of dining at Green Chilli, and it was truly a delightful experience. The food was authentic, flavorful, and perfectly spiced—just the way Indian cuisine should be. I especially loved their butter chicken and garlic naan, which were rich in taste and beautifully presented.

If you're craving delicious Indian food that feels like home, Green Chilli is the place to go. Highly recommended!

They changed the name and signage but left the same old stale buffet. The food isn't cold but it isn't hot. It's definitely far from fresh. The Naan was super disappointing, hard, and overcooked. For almost $20, I expect the food to at least be hot and fresh. That's not the case. I'm not sure if I'll try it again. Overall disappointing.

2025 - I went to the restaurant and ate at the buffet. The food is fresh. It needs spice added. The server is friendly. She communicated to another patron that she doesn’t get to keep her tips.

2024 - I ordered in DoorDash. Approximately 10 minutes before my delivery was to arrive (Dasher picked up order), DoorDash cancelled the order. I had to order again in the app. It took 40 minutes for food to arrive.
They provide less rice than Amar. The Butter Chicken is delicious (but has a lot of aromatic flavors compared to other recipes, may not be suitable for picky eaters). The Saag Paneer is not to my liking. The spinach/vegetables are too large making the texture clumpy. It doesn’t seem to be cream based like other recipes. The Garlic Naan is ordinary.

As soon as you walk in you are hit with wonderful smells. We tried the lunch buffet. Everything we tried was amazing. The flavor and spice combinations were fantastic. Staff was so kind and kept our water glasses full. I would highly recommend. The only thing I could say was more naan variety. We will be back!

I've ate indian food my entire life and I have to say this place is probably the worst I've had. The nan bread is burnt. The chicken they use is cheap and for some reason they are the only Indian place that puts entire chicken legs in the chicken curry bone and all which is very unappealing considering kept pulling bones out of my rice and curry. I was very disappointed overall...its sad to say the best part of my meal was my coca cola😂🤦 I highly recommend AMAR INDIA BY THE DAYTON MALL MUCH MORE AUTHENTIC AND FLAVORFUL INDIAN CUISINE.
