Such a nice host & a lovely place to stay. Everything is cozy, feels like home. Far better than any hotel, delicious breakfast and nice chats at the kitchen table.

The experience at Grandeur Farms Equine was truly remarkable! We had a wonderful time! Our host, Sally, was amazing. Her attention to our needs was impeccable. The breakfast was truly delicious. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning. FYI, you dont need to bring chargers. Just bring your cables. Planty of USB, USC-C, and outlets.

I stayed at this location through another site it was listed on. It is definitely better to book direct. The place is perfect and very homey. I have never stayed in a bed and breakfast and had a shared space before and it was really nice. There are other spots and the owner is currently developing a new area on the land for another room. Very hospitable host and the breakfast was amazing, we were given a menu at check in and it was my negligence for not ordering and placing it the night before so I thought we couldn’t have any breakfast, and she came down and messaged us checking in to see if we’d like breakfast. In the morning I saw so many red cardinals it was beautiful.

We were so surprised and happy with our stay at Grandeur farms. We came in on the late side with 3 adults, 3 kids. Rooms were super comfy and the space is great to hang out in. The setting is beautiful and Sally was a terrific host. We slept like babies and all loved the breakfast burritos. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

We like to try bed and breakfast from time to time for the variety. This was a good value. Rooms are in the basement- concrete walls and floor. Sally was an excellent host. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, home fries with turkey sausage, fruit, toast and banana bread -pretty tasty. Good internet. The beds were on the firm side and very comfortable. There is a dog and Sally asked if we were good with dogs. She would have put him away if not. The shower was good. Not a fancy bathroom. We would stay there again.

This was our 2nd stay. It's located in a rural part of GA, an easy drive to several large cities, but ideal for visiting a dear friend who retired to the area. Our 1st GPS misdirected us, so you'll need a 2nd or verify landmarks with the owner. Decor is eclectic, but the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is cooked to your schedule and to your request, with in reason. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable.
