An impromptu stop as we continued our journey home from our winter escape in Arizona and California. Nothing better than a nice soak in the warm pools after being on the road for hours.
We loved the peaceful surroundings while we soaked, listening and watching the wildlife.
The staff and camp host were welcoming and friendly. We will return!

This is the e-mail I sent and received no response. So, now I share it as a review.

The bottom line is a lack of communication—both in asking for clarification and on the website regarding their regulations against a converted cargo trailer.

For many years we have visited your facility. Today we drove 7 hours to be told we could not camp in an RV site because our cargo trailer isn't an RV. It does have an RV door, awning, self-contained toilet, queen-sized bed, fridge, and windows. It has been professionally converted. Meanwhile there were maybe seven trailers/RVs in the entire place.

A few things:
You lost our business today, and in the future as well. We previously have highly recommended for people to visit the RV resort, rent the yurts on Airbnb, and also stay at the hotel down the road.

Where does it state on your website that you will not allow a professionally converted cargo trailer to be in a full-service site? We would NOT have driven 7 hours had we known we would be relegated to the tent area.

Could you please explain what the issue is regarding our trailer?

We have a luxurious cargo trailer because in addition to staying in resorts and campgrounds, we also enjoy over landing.
We have never been denied admission anywhere before.

STAY HERE!!! You will be happy you did! The people are amazing! The views are breathtaking, the sites are very nice, and the hot spring soaking pool is unlike anything we’ve experienced. I plan to return with my daughter and parents. Treat yourself and make a reservation!

We stayed in the middle of winter, the resort was completely empty. We have a van, so we originally booked a tent site. The after hour registration mentioned a shower only option, instructing to park in some unused RV spots (hundreds at this time of year), so we did this. In the morning, I wanted to make sure we did the right thing, and was told that this is not a thing and "instructions are pretty clear, so we will get charged at the RV rate" because we didn't park on the tent site. The staff is so unfriendly that I would not come back here.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hot springs at the park were truly healing and relaxing. The bathrooms were pristine. The hills behind the RV Park are so pretty. I could completely live here. Also, the staff were hard working and friendly.

We stayed for a week, while I did some hunting with friends. This is a very nice well kept park, with easy access to many tourists attractions.
Hot pools and other nice amenities. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
