Wonderful casino! This casino is very welcoming to new guests and treats you like family. At the players the club the staff explains some of the rules on how to play and makes signing up easy. The casino was not overly crowded allowing you to find a “game” that you want to play. The cashiers are phenomenal and check you out quickly. Overall a friendly atmosphere.

The Lodge at Grand Lake Casino in Grove, OK was fabulous. The rates are very reasonable and they offer stay and play. Which makes the price RIGHT!

The rooms are very large and clean! So if you are looking for an economical way to enjoy an overnight at a small hotel and looking to play at one of the less busy casinos this is the place to stay!

After spending a few thousand dollars, through one night the game control decided we won off a broken slot and banned me and my group because we asked questions. Had a great time all the way up to the power trip from the morning shift game control that actually didn’t have the whole story and decided to take action the next day after we had already left for the morning. If I could leave negative stars I would. Definitely would suggest going anywhere else but here. Not worth the drive, hassle of transporting back and forth from the lodge to the casino which doesn’t actually operate through the hours that you could use it. Save your time and go anywhere else. And wouldn’t even work to explain the issue and ending up banning our whole group because they got upset we were asking questions. Grand lake 0/10, 0% on rotten tomatoes and decided to laugh about the situation acting as if they had no respect for their patrons

You will see this isn’t the first time and they obviously have a bit or someone of no intelligence managing them by the way the react to reviews commenting on some that have nothing but a name on them and leaving thankful comments on reviews that don’t needed to be thank you and selling their location but instead a question on how they can amend things. You will lose money, and if you happen to no lose money. They will intimidate you and then accuse your character and slander you name to get it back. Shady place and should be removed from all licenses and availability to play.

I never write reviews. I was actually planning to write a glowing review of this place before an unfortunate situation happened. My friends and I visited over the weekend, and we spent the ENTIRE night (8pm-9am) playing and spending so much money on their machines. I cashed out a ticket for a large amount of money on a machine, nothing indicating that the machine was faulty or malfunctioning (it let me cash it). Hours later after leaving for a short time and coming back, the employees cornered me, and without explanation said I had to give them back the money because it was stolen and I was kicked out and banned.
Later, my friends went in to ask more questions simply about what had happened, and the manager and security guards laughed about it, shared information they previously said they could be fired for sharing, and threatened to ban my friends too for simply asking questions. They said the machine had been broken for two days, but there was no indication of it being out of operation, they had not even told me that, and not to mention it took them HOURS to do anything about it. It was really disheartening after having such a great time, our group spending thousands of dollars in one night, and knowing that they will just be pocketing that money for themselves. I would not recommend this casino. The employees have a serious disregard for proper customer service and don't care about their patrons at all.

If you dont mind smelling like an ashtray when you leave, The food is pretty tasty and cheap. Sometimes they have decent live bands. Machines are a hit or miss. Promotions are okay... I hate playing on my card but tend to spend too much when I go with no return.

GLC is a fun place tucked just outside of Grove. I do miss the karaoke nights they used to host, but they have a fair selection of games and a strong bar staff. The dining options at Scoops is ver popular amongst my friend group as well, and I myself must say it competes well within the gaming sector.

If you value your money, time, and dignity, avoid this casino at all costs. My group of six friends visited this weekend, spending over 12 hours at the casino and collectively wagering more than $10,000. What started as an enjoyable night quickly turned into a nightmare when one of our friends was banned, forcibly removed, and had nearly $1,000 in cash confiscated under threat and intimidation—all due to a supposed malfunctioning slot machine.

Here are the shocking details:
• Our friend cashed out a nearly $1,000 voucher from a slot machine around 4:00 AM.
• The group continued playing until 9:00 AM, at which point we left the casino briefly to get food and return to our hotel.
• Upon returning around 10:00 AM, after an additional 5 hours of gameplay and already being off-premises, the casino’s staff cornered our friend, accused them of “stealing” money from a faulty machine, and demanded repayment of the entire amount in cash.
• The pit boss admitted the slot machine had been malfunctioning for at least two days, yet it was left operational on the casino floor. Why was the machine not disabled if they were aware of the issue?
• Adding insult to injury, the casino did not refund the initial amount our friend deposited into this “faulty” machine. If the machine was malfunctioning, shouldn’t that include the money played into it?

The handling of this situation was beyond disgraceful. Our friend was treated like a criminal after hours of play and thousands spent. The security team and game management staff were rude, condescending, and seemed to relish in the intimidation. No explanation was given as to why this issue was addressed hours later or why our friend’s cash was forcibly confiscated after it had already been cashed out, spent, and played back into the casino.

This casino’s failure to uphold their responsibilities—leaving a malfunctioning machine on the floor, allowing players to unknowingly risk their money, and then turning around to demand repayment with no accountability—is utterly unacceptable. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Oklahoma Gaming Commission, and we encourage others who have experienced similar treatment to do the same.

This experience has left our group outraged and extremely dissatisfied. We will never return to this establishment, and we strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this predatory, unprofessional casino at all costs.

Final Verdict: 0/10. Absolutely shameful behavior, zero integrity, and complete disregard for their own errors or their customers. We’ll be taking our money to establishments that respect their patrons.

Here for the "VIP" GAME NIGHT. Sunday packed not very good orginization. Machines down .line outside building , no machines to play. Machines locked pretty tight and if you want a machine make sure it works. Sat at a machine 4 people who worked here said I'll get you someone. No such luck if you want to play a hot seat. Full and just a fiasco. Waited outside and hour 2,000 missed. Waited for a card a ticket and still no machine working. Believe I was not the only waiting for tech. Good luck !

Great games, great atmosphere but most importantly AMAZING staff! They are always smiling and always happy to help. And you can't beat a good ice cream from Scoops!
