The remodel is beautiful, tons of amenities for kids. They absolutely had a blast at the pool and slide, the artificial beach was a nice touch.
The staff has been wonderful and attentive. Normally I feel ignored at these types of hotel but not here, they have been kind and thoughtful without being pushy.
I had a great time and will come back in the future

Property is beautiful and employees were always helpful. However, I just didn’t feel it was worth the money. Beds and pillows were very incomparable. For the price, I would expect bedroom comfort to be at least a notch up from a Hyatt Place or House but it wasn’t. Disappointing overall.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Grand Hyatt! David at the front desk was so incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond for our family and made sure everything was taken care of.

Very kid friendly and the pools and service were top notch. I highly recommend this resort for your next vacation

We travelled with our college aged children for a week of golf and relaxation. The resort exceeded our high expectations. The resort is gorgeous and everything except one restaurant was up and running. We found the service to be at the highest level. ||The shuttle is convenient for getting to hikes, golf, shopping etc… we ate on property a few times but many good restaurants are within walking distance. We were very happy with this choice for a relaxing luxury family trip.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly service in all areas. Gym was great. Rooms comfortable. Good location for other things in the area. Restaurant prices unjustifiably high for the “good-but-not-great” quality of the food. However, main downside was the poor privacy. For example, I have some hearing loss and yet we heard clearly the urination of the man in the room on one side of us, and both parties of a phone conversation (and it wasn’t on speakerphone) on the other side. In addition, noise from guests in the loading/valet area was unacceptable.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for the first time for a few days around New Years. The whole resort had been updated and although they are finishing up a few details we thought it was beautiful and clean. |There are numerous courtyards perfect for dog walking or for kids to play. Even with a NYE party in the lobby bar we heard no noise. This property also seems like a beautiful place to hold an event or wedding. There are so many pretty outdoor spaces. |We had drinks and appetizers at the pool and the bar. Prices for food are fairly high/typical for a nice resort though. |Housekeeping was great and always came right away when we called to say we’d be out of the room. |The only things I did not like about the room was the lack of drawers. There is not enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids to unpack. There are only 2 drawers in the room and then 2 small drawers in the closet. Also the floor has automatic lights. Nice if you get up to use the restroom at night. Not great if you have dogs that walk around at night. |The location is great and we took a nice morning walk down to a local coffee shop. We hope to come back this summer when we can properly enjoy the pool.

First of all, the construction is mostly wrapped up and the property is gorgeous. From the front desk staff to the pool staff, everyone treated my family and I with utmost respect and hospitality. Daily activities at the pool for the kids. With the weather being chilly at night, they do a great job keeping the pools heated. Valet staff were amazing as well. Definitely will be back yearly.

Room was not power wheelchair accessible - might work for a smaller chair, but my husband had a hard time navigating the room and bathroom. he could not roll under the sink because of the wood they placed to hide the plumbing. bathroom door was in the way when trying to exit the door into the hallway. Otherwise, everything is very clean. Staff is super friendly and the hotel grounds are amazing.
