After staying at this hotel, I can't say I would recommend or return to it. While the hotel outwardly looks very nice, it seems to have a lot of issues that made for an annoying stay. Right from the start, getting drink in their bar was slow. While waiting, I heard many people complain about waiting for over an hour for their food. Even simple food like fries.

The rooms were clean but hot. Even with the AC on high, it took almost the entire night for the room to get to a comfortable temperature. On top of that, the beds were very soft, the pillows very hard, and the blankets very thin.

I think the most annoying thing was when checking out, I found out they added an additional $38 worth of destination fees on top of the bill. These are fees to essentially use services, like the pool, and were not originally mentioned when I booked the hotel room.

Again, I would not recommend this hotel to others as I did get a good night sleep for my money.

This is a beautiful hotel. From entering through the main entrance to the registration desk to the room the hospitality has been exceptional. The room is comfortable and filled with everything we need. We were here for a conference and every ballroom and server were set up perfectly and the service was great. The fitness center is one of the best we have ever used in a hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Super comfortable bed and room with incredible views. Fantastic gym with adequate selection and quantity of aerobic machines. Plenty of room around so as not to worry about personal space. Beautiful and tranquil Zen garden on 3rd floor. What more could you need?

The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our suite was spacious, clean and well equipped with amenities needed. The hotel and our room were beautifully decorated. The service in the restaurant (Asia) was excellent and the food delicious. Everything about our stay was perfect. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Atlanta.

Construction above my room. I mentioned it to two different staff members. Dismissed both times. Great location, room was nice. I wasn't able to utilize any amenities. Make sure you use your f&b credit as they don't make it known when checking in. Housekeeping was stellar.

The rooms were very nice. What I would expect from a Grand Hyatt. The breakfast cafe was small very dated and limited menu. It definitely needs an update. The main lobby bar was not in use. Instead there were two temporary bars on either end of the main bar in use. 🤷‍♂️I did not get a reason why that was the case, but it was the situation all weekend.

Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. The hotel smells fantastic.||||The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is large. The shower pressure and temperature were great. We enjoyed the balcony.

We had the most amazing suite in the hotel. Spacious, clean and with great views. The staff in the hotel were efficient, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The meal we had was excellent too. Would love to go back again.
