It's definitely an choice to call your hotel 4-star resort, when you don't even provide an in-room microwave. Especially with the price they charge for these rooms! It's obscene. Then the only mode of parking supported is a $35 daily valet.

I will say though that ALL of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, plus the whole place is dog-friendly! There's a parking garage 2 blocks away where it's $2 an hour, which is what we did for the remainder of our trip. The downstairs cafe is very nice!

As for the roof, it's a great spot! Bar and pool are both high quality, and the food and drinks there are good (maybe a buck or two above their quality).

No EV charging here.

Cute and comfortable stay. Great coffee shop. Rooms are trendy. Stayed here for business and it was a lovely hotel, nice amenities with a rooftop bar with great views. Nice and central to the Univeristy of Arizona. Thank you to Arturo for his help with my car!

The hotel has a really nice location and appealing interior design, which initially gave us high hopes for our stay. However, the customer service was shockingly poor and left me a lasting negative impression.

When we checked in, two staff members were working at the front desk—one man with earrings and another middle-aged man with glasses (unfortunately, I didn’t get their names). From the very beginning, there was no greeting, no smile, and no effort to make us feel welcome. The man with earrings simply handed us the room key without providing any additional information, such as the breakfast hours or hotel amenities(we had to asked later on). His demeanor came across as impatient and unhappy, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests.

We brought out our concerns with one of the staffs, but instead of receiving an apology or any acknowledgment of their behavior, we were met with indifference. It felt as though we were expected to tolerate such treatment without question.

What’s more frustrating is that I’ve read glowing reviews from others about the hotel’s great customer service, which makes me wonder why our experience was so different. Was it because we didn’t look like locals? Whatever the reason, i believe it’s unacceptable to treat any guest this way.

Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed the positives of the hotel, and I will not be returning. I also cannot recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed four nights at the Graduate by Hilton Tucson while attending a seminar at the University of Arizona and was, overall, very impressed. From a visual standpoint, the hotel lobby, small cafe, rooms, and the rooftop restaurant/bar are absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are well appointed with Malin and Goetz products, soft towels and linens and daily free, canned water. The bed was firm, which is perfect for me, but might be too firm for others. The sound proofing of the rooms is "so-so" I could definitely hear sounds from both the hallway, the street (I was on the 13th floor) and occasionally loud conversations from the room next door. This of course, if a college town, so the weekends got a little rowdy. Nothing a pair of earplugs and some phone "white noise" sounds cannot mask.

We grabbed drinks and snacks at the roof top bar/restaurants two times and each time the service we received was extremely professional and friendly. The food is nothing spectacular, but absolutely fine if you would like to stay onsite and a great price point for what you get.

The valet parking is a bit steep, 31 a night. If you do not mind walking there is a public parking garage about a block away that I believe was half that price.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you need something close to the university.

Amazing service from Eric in Valet! We got our car a few times in a short period in the evening and he was very professional every time. No need to worry about finding parking and you know your vehicle is safe! Great location! Hotel is very new and very clean. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar with nice seating fire pits outside.

Poor hotel management ( by Hilton ? Seriously ? ) ——> poor service. They liked saying “No”, “I don’t know”, and clearly indicated that it was your fault if you have had problems with the hotel, instead of trying to help or just answering questions. This is the service provided by an almost $300 per night and valet parking only hotel? I will not come back and will warn my friends to stay away from this hotel. This is the worse and only experience I have had in the U.S. .
In addition, I am tired of seeing the hotel’s robot - like reply to poor reviews. Why would I call you after I decided not to come back anymore.

Absolutely adore this hotel and the cutesy Arizona design! Super fun room keys! Amazing service with the Valet, Arturo and the gentlemen from the previous evening. No need to worry about parking and you know your vehicle is safe! Entire room, and bathroom especially, was very clean! It was surprisingly very quiet for having a rooftop bar. Great pillows, which is hard to find! Will definitely be staying here again!

We had an extremely pleasant stay!
The rooms are very quiet and clean. The staff were very cheerful and helpful as well.
The valets were super awesome and provided prompt, friendly service ALWAYS. Eric and Tony (valet) were especially helpful and really catered to my needs. It was a superb stay.
