I wish places like this were more common around the US. I stayed in the smallest cabin they offered and was pleased with the combination of simplicity (aka affordability) and amenities. We had a great 2 night stay here for our Zion hikes. Super friendly, they made us feel right at home. I would have loved to have gotten a cabin with a bathroom, but we booked last minute. The cabin we stayed in had a queen bunk bed, table, fridge and microwave and was very decent at a reasonable price. We did have to use the shared bathrooms and showers, but there were several of each and they were private and clean. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot for little get away, just a little over 2 hours and we enjoyed the tiny home!!! Store was about 15 minutes away but we had everything we needed we brought w us. I love the management quick response and was attentive. There's a small hike nearby but it's more for bike path. Very friendly staff and nice vibe all around. Would do again!

Had originally booked a standard bunkhouse, but at check in was offered an upgrade and so glad we took it! Having the bathroom in our room was very convenient. My cat loved exploring the room. Everything was very clean and orderly. The only thing we didn't totally love was the amount of dust under the bed and couch. Highly recommend staying here!

Gooseberry lodges are a hidden gem when visiting Zion! The location is away from the touristy buzz but close enough for all the things! The hammock chair! The fire pit! The views! The clean, cozy rooms! Perfect! We are at Market Cafe and Triple TJs in Hurricane and rented EBikes from Zion Peddler. The E-bike was such an amazing way to experience the canyon!

What a nice cabin we had. We enjoyed the biggest 2 story cabin. It was a fun night. Nice location on highway. Pretty backdrop of mountains. Grounds at Gooseberry were nice. Everything well kept. Cool barb q and grass area and we wanted to use pickleball courts which were nice. Not enough time though. Our big cabin was fun. We stayed upstairs. I loved the outdoor fire pit and complimentary wood. Coffee in office in the morning- free. Front desk woman was super nice and helpful. She recommended chevron station right up the road for their sandwich/ mini restaurant. My grilled cheese and fries was great at 7:50 pm. No other options unless driving to hurricane. She was nice. Very accommodating. I cant wait to stay at Gooseberry again. NICE CABINS- GREAT PRICE.

Super cute cabin. Nicely decorated! Looks bigger in person. Upon our arrival we talked to someone of the staff that we would prefer to stay in a quiet area and he managed to change our reservation to a different cabin with no neighbors. And he was super friendly.
The lodge is by the freeway but we didn’t hear anything at all from inside the cabin. The cabin was also scent free, which is great.
The only con is that the shower was pretty bad, it seemed like it had a leak or something so not much water was coming out of the shower head, but we didn’t bother to complain because it was one night only.
Definitely recommend it! Felt pretty safe in the area as well.

Perfect experience for family of four with adult children. We rented the larger cabin. Space was extremely well thought out and efficient and the on-site office stocked with essentials either free or at a very reasonable price. ||We picked up groceries at the Walmart in Hurricane and grilled out every evening. |Site is very quiet and has a lovely view of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
