UPDATE: They have changed there soda fountain system so now you get warm artificial sweetener water instead of fizzy soda.
WARM WATER + CO2 = Warm Flat Water

Warm Flat Water + Warm Soda Concentrate = Crap soup in a glass.

It was super calm and amazingly FRESH at 1230 today (Thursday) Fully stocked and delicious.

I was going to call the restaurant tomorrow and say what a great job they are doing but this will probably help more... Service is always excellent.

It's usually good but today was great.

All you can eat everything.
Unlimited Cream Cheese Wontons with sweet and sour dipping sauce-- there's your 12.95 right there.

The restaurant has good food and is EXTREMELY fast since you can just get your table and start eating. The staff are great.
(you can order from the menu too)
Good for lunch meetings or if there is a time constraint.

THEY HAVE SUPER FIZZY FOUNTAIN SODA
I think they must refrigerate their syrup as well as the water lines going into the dispenser. Best fountain soda I've had since Pizza Hut root beer when I was 12.
-I usually drink beer but here i order diet soda. Healthy!

They have a full regular menu that vegetarians might prefer. Gluten free is rough.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Golden Dragon in Cottonwood. The interior is run-down and poorly maintained, which immediately gave a bad impression. While my husband had a beer, I decided to check out the buffet, but the food looked unappealing and far from fresh. We decided to pay for the beer and leave without eating. Unfortunately, I can’t see myself ever coming back unless significant improvements are made to both the cleanliness and food quality. 12/08/2024 no stars

The food was good. There was quite a wait for my takeout order. The hostess (not the one who normally is at the front desk) offered another party something to drink while they waited, but didn't ask me. I had to ask for one.

This place is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I got the buffet and only saw two things maybe appetizing. We sat down and everything we tasted was off and we got up after 5 min of being there to tell them that the food didn’t taste right and they made us pay still. Will never recommend this place in life and will be disputing this charge.

I understand it's a small place. Possibly family owned. I've had better Chinese food. Wish there was more selection. Also the fried rice shouldn't be made in a rice cooker. It's not the same. 😔 waitresses were attentive and always asked if we needed refills on our drinks. I guess this place is good since there aren't many options for Chinese food in this area. Also the prices should be lower due to the limited selection. 🤔

BEST ORANGE CHICKEN and others. $9.00/LB To Go.

I've lived here for years and never tried Golden Dragon. Just didn't have high hopes.

They literally have the best orange chicken and Mongolian chicken I've ever had (including PF CHANGS).

Lakota and Sam of Caveman Canine FULLY APPROVE this restaurant's dishes 🙂 also, no upset tummies.
