This is a great place for some great Mexican food. It's surprising because i thought it was just a bakery. I stopped in for lunch and was very impressed. I will stop in again to try some of the baked goods here. They look delicious.

This place is the best bakery in Flagstaff. They have fresh authentic Mexican food and pastries, and a beautiful ambiance. The restaurant is beautifully laid out and clean. The staff is always attentive and polite. I bought a birthday cake for my husband here and it is probably one of the best cakes I have ever had, hands down. It was a Tres Leches Cake with fresh whipped cream and strawberries and peaches. W O W.

The sweet bread is similar to that one of Mexico, it was an unique flavor. Also serve food in this place.

Service always friendly, food is spot on and they accommodate any changes you ask for. I meet there every two weeks with a group of ladies and we spend close to 2 hours chatting laughing and a bit loud on occasion. We have never been asked to leave or be quiet. Always check our water, coffee, chips and salsa. I love Gloria’s. The best Mexican pastry and breads in town.
Gracias!❤️🙏🏽

Absolutely awesome! This hole in the wall place was amazing-they have a bakery with Mexican goods, then an assortment of desserts (I got the chocolate flan which was super good. But don’t judge for having it for breakfast). Had a traditional burrito with carne asada and a breakfast burrito with carne asada, perfectly cooked and they even grill the burritos! Red and green sauce were super good too. 10/10 would suggest coming here!

This place updated and expanded in September 2023. The pictures are of the restaurant and menu as of 12/23/23. (Any pictures of a small bright yellow space with blackboard menus and an upright bakery cabinet are of the pre-renovation/expansion.)

Honestly, I miss the old cozy smaller hole-in-the-wall version where everyone had to squeeze by when it was (often) busy. It used to feel like a locals-only authentic Mexican place, but now it feels gentrified and it seemed like 2-3:1 of tourists:locals when we were there. I’m glad the business is doing well of course, but it feels like the locals lost a special hidden gem we had to ourselves away from the hoards of tourists. Their food used to be one of the absolute best in town and it’s still really good, but seems like it slipped a bit while also increasing in price. The menu is way bigger now which could be part of why, and also adds to how long it takes for everything now. They also now have servers doing table-side ordering and it seemed like (as of Dec. ‘23) they were still getting the hang of it, vs. the quick counter service they did before. I hope they settle back in, streamline the menu to a simpler list of their strong suits, maybe go back to counter service, and bring back some bright color again.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
1ST thing in the morning Andi am so glad we chose Gloria's. A true gem as far as authentic Mexican breakfast. Had the Chilaquilas Rojos and it was perfect. Bean and rice on point. But that SALSA needs to be for sale by the gallon. Salsa was one of the best I ever had.
