I threw my grandmother a surprise birthday party for about 30 at Glenwillow Grille. Paula, the event coordinator is great! She handled all of the small and large details and completely took the stress out of party planning! Our guests raved about how lovely everything looked and how good the food was. Our waitress, Tracy was so nice, patient and accommodating. She handled our group with grace and even cut the 2-tier cake! The weather was gorgeous and the smaller patio was a nice addition that guests really enjoyed! I would definitely recommend for your next gathering!

Very kind and polite staff. Good quality food and the taste was excellent. Portion sizes were large.Atmosphere was upscale, but informal. Service was quick. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. We will return. Great job.

Has potential but customer service is not top priority! Had to wait to be seated because no one was in the area for at least 5 minutes. Also when getting ready to leave management/owner made our server help him fix something although they saw we were waiting to check out. It was not that many people there so what need to be fixed clearly could have waited. She had to ask him if she could help us and even had to walk away because he gave no response.

Side note, The drink was tasty!

My family patronized Glenwillow Grille last night and were extremely pleased with our experience. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet us and I quickly recognized it was because they were a little busy for a Tuesday night, but Hailey showed up and within a very short time and sat us. She was extremely personable and accommodating. Our waitress was Mary F and she was awesome—very friendly and quite knowledgeable of offerings. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and calamari as appetizers—both arrived quickly and were delicious. I ordered the whole slab of ribs for my meal, and I definitely should have gotten the half slab…the full slab was absolutely gargantuan!! The ribs were fall off the bone, melt in your mouth WONDERFUL!! My wife ordered the steak tips and really seemed to enjoy them as well.

Between the tremendous service of Hailey/Mary, the food, and the overall atmosphere of this place, I give it my highest recommendation: Bon Appetite!!

At first I was going to give an overall score of 3.5. I ordered the Shrimp Garlic pasta the serving was great. The shrimps were a nice size but it lacked seasoning and it was watery. Fresh pasta cooked well. The calamari was seasoned well, nice crisp to it but wasn't anything to reorder. Lastly the server charged my card of $100 twice, Will not return to this place again completely ruined it for me too bad the setting is awesome with a working fireplace.
Update spoke with manager Sam completely and incredibly rude and unpleasant. Told him I would call back after verifying information with my financial institution. New manager Iris came in and I explained to her the bank verified both transactions went through and I have approval codes for them if they like. Nope she was just as unprofessional because Sam most likely tried to cover up his hiccup and she came full throttle with her fake story. All in all I placed a call to my bank and they will be letting the fraud department handle it for false charges.

Cameron was our server in the Bar area tonight, Thanksgiving Eve. He was personable, attentive and efficient. Their draft beer selection is superb. Food is always phenomenal as well. They had live music and it was wonderful, not too loud and a great variety of songs. Highly recommend this spot to anyone that lives in the area, whether it be for just cocktails, happy hour, food or to enjoy the music!!!
