We stayed at the charming MacKay cottage. You walk in to Celtic music playing and themed surroundings. It was so relaxing to sit by the fire and watch the snow fall.

The hot tub was also divine. They check it daily, which made me feel more comfortable about using it. It has awesome massaging jets and nice mood lighting.

They do a great job at making it an experience. From the rose ice cube in my Drambuie during pub social to the chef talking with us at the end of our fine dining meal, you feel immersed and like a VIP.

There were people there that were regulars (one couple was there for the 7th time!) as well as newcomers, like us. It's a very intimate setting, so you get excellent service from all staff.

I highly recommend staying there, and look forward to exploring more of the grounds at our next visit!

We had a pleasant stay but had a misleading package deal. When we went to check out, there was an additional $300 charge that wasn't a part of our original invoice. Had I known about this additional charge, we would have planned differently. I was very disappointed about it, because I did enjoy my stay.

The Manor House was just beautiful and so cozy and welcoming, everywhere from the lobby, dining area, and pub to our charming room.

The people working in the office where you check in and out were so pleasant and helpful with everything, and the adjacent gift shop is delightful!

Every detail and need we might have as guests had been anticipated and already taken care of, and everyone who worked there was so sweet and cheerful.

We felt such a sense of peace and relaxation during our stay, and it was a great romantic getaway for us. Best of all, my husband absolutely loved our time there and said it was my best Valentine surprise ever!

We loved our stay at Glenlaurel. Macintosh cabin was so cozy, with a lovely view of the woods and private hot tub. We were amazed at how great the short trails were on the property! So beautiful in winter. No corners were cut here. Breakfast was delicious, the pub hour was fun and the seven course dinner with bagpipes, poetry, and roses was so enjoyable. The state park trails were all within an easy drive, and fabulous. Would highly recommend this place for a couples retreat. Thank you for great service and kindness!

We stayed at one of the Crofts and they are fantastic; very clean, good amenities and space, nice privacy.
We did not utilize the service other than the minimal amount (we just didn't need much and it was a one night stay) but the staff was very accommodating and the food is first rate.
The property is absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend taking the hike. It is like a miniature Old Man's Cave as far as beauty goes.

The Glenlaurel Inn is our happy place. Since our first visit in 2020, we've been back for five visits increasing the number of nights, the last one to four. We always come back relaxed and refreshed. They have various types of accommodations, from rooms at the inn to individual fully appointed crofts and cottages.||There is a lovely gorge on the grounds and if you want more hiking, Hocking Hills is nearby. Lancaster has a Decorative Arts Center with changing exhibits. The food at the Inn is very good and beautifully presented at all meals. ||We highly recommend the Glenlaurel Inn for any celebration or for no reason at all, to enjoy time away with your significant other for besties.

This was our first stay at Glen Laurel and we will definitely be back. The Muir was a perfectly cozy cottage and the food was absolutely top notch. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

As this was our first time I sent a plethora of emails to the staff prior to our arrival, their response was always prompt, helpful and very polite. Kudos to Brenna and Amanda!

6-star dinner and "in-room" dinner by Chef Tyler was absolutely delicious! |Breakfast each morning were a delight, above par as well.|Room accommodations were comfortable and stylish. |The staff, particularly the manager, were welcoming and accommodating of every need or want!|We will definitely stay there again when in the Hocking Hills area.

Reserved the Wallace for two nights over Valentines day. The lodging was exceptional. Clean and comfortable. Sitting in the front of the fireplace looking out onto a snow covered landscape was perfect. We dined at the Inn two nights. Both nights featured a full dinner. The Valentines day dinner started with a red carpet entry in the Inn. The food was excellent. Well presented and tasty. We enjoyed our visit and will return.
