My fiancée and I had a tropical island theme party with 50+ guests catered by Mercy Clark, the proprietor of Gingerly Catered. The food was also themed to the tropics. Mercy provided pulled pork, grilled shrimp skewers, Hawaiian macoroni salad, tropical fruit salad, chicken and salmon rice bowls, and key lime pie. The food had great presentation and tasted even better. The service also was superb. Mercy and her bartender Cheryl were responsible for set-up, service and clean-up and did everything professionally and with a happy disposition.

I highly recommend Gingerly Catered!! Mercy was amazing to work with. Our event was a celebration of life for my father. He loved to share appetizers and had a sweet tooth. Mercy appreciated that and was so flexible with the menu. I looked at her standard menu, then browsed through her Facebook, instagram, and google photos for more ideas! She would work with the ideas that I wanted and helped me work through the decisions so that I felt confident and comfortable. She did a great job with the food - everything was delicious, and she was great with the set up, presentation, keeping everything stocked, and with the cleaning up/packing up. I felt at ease with everything she did and I could focus on our event. She earned the 5 stars and I would certainly choose her again for any event! Thank you

Gingerly Catered provided catering services for our celebration of life brunch for 80 guests. The food was delicious, cooked from scratch, looked and tasted amazing. She even helped pack up leftovers and was just professional all around! Definitely recommend if you need catering services

Mercy catered my mother-in-laws 80th birthday party for 20 people in Sedona and did a fabulous job! She created a delicious and elegant menu of appetizers which included shaved beef crostinis, zucchini fritters, sausage stuffed mushrooms and a beautiful burrata platter. The entree dishes included chicken piccata, beef tenderloin, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, creamy potatoes and a fall salad, all to die for. It was obvious that the ingredients Mercy used were of the highest quality, the dishes were expertly prepared with amazing and nuanced flavors and the service she and Cheryl provided, including clean up, was top class. Guests raved about everything and several said it was the best chicken piccata they ever had. I can highly recommend Gingerly Catered for any event you are hosting.

She is amazing. She catered my husband’s and I vowel renewal on our property. She had everything she needed. She was very professional, her help was amazing too. The food omg was so amazing so very delicious we had steak which was so tender,mash potato’s ,green beans,mixed vegetables,salad,rolls. I didn’t get the chance to take pictures but I promise you won’t regret it please call her if you need any event catered she will do a wonderful job.
