First time here. Overall a decent experience. We ordered the appetizer platter/board and were very happy with it. The mixed drink needs improvement and were not very good, so suggest customers order wine. Service was a lot slower than reasonable, so plan accordingly.

This is an excellent, posh and trendy fine dining restaurant. I placed a take out order and the people were all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is exquisite and inviting. The food is divine and delicious and perfectly prepared. I did not see a parking lot for the restaurant and the nearby main street spaces were full. The closest side street was also full, so I had to park on the next side street. It can be pricy depending on what you order.

Had a wonderful evening, the restaurant is clean from top to bottom and has an elegant yet funky vibe that I found to be just what I was looking for. Perfect meal on our way to the orchestra.

Came out to eat with my wife as this place was recommended, and blew away our expectations. Small little place but Gigi herself seemed to be hustling around helping with service and there wasn't a time our water glass wasn't full. The food was phenomenal, tried the Bass and Short rib which were great. The Bruschetta board was well worth it as they have many options to choose from. Take your hubby or woman here for a date!

Never had a bad meal. The service was with a smile. It is a diverse menu with something for everyone. (Love the bruschetta boards)(in addition to their regular menu items, they have daily specials). The atmosphere is very relaxed and the background music was played on hi quality equipment. It really added to a fun evening.
The cocktails served were great. For as long as we’ve been going to GiGi’s, they seem to maintain a great Bartender.
They have outdoor seating when weather allows, several rooms with plenty of seating, a nice bar to enjoy wine and signature cocktails.
Parking is easy.

Gigi‘s restaurant is consistently the most delicious journey! The food is curated with mindful ingredients. The staff is attentive and they care about the customers. The owners of Gigi’s are invested in the experience, service, and most of all the satisfaction of their customers. Clevelanders would have to search far and wide to find the experience of Gigi’s on Fairmount. You cannot go wrong by ordering off the regular menu, but do not overlook the specials that Gigi‘s offers.

Came here and sat at the bar. The food and drinks were absolutely wonderful. I haven’t been here since before the pandemic and I will definitely be patronizing again. On top of that I met the most amazing people also sitting at the bar. It was a vibe for sure.

I was expecting to come to this wonderful place that I saw online. Unfortunately, had the opposite experience. I am not one to leave a review but after this experience I feel as if I should explain to anyone that it’s terrible. Hands down Fairmont inn or even Street food was better than that, especially for the the price. One of our entrees was the lasagna supposedly a “family recipe” it was $28 and it looked like something from my high school cafeteria and it tasted exactly like Stouffers. Also, we ordered the Seafood Ciopionni which costed $40 it had no seasoning and it supposedly said it was “fresh” & it tasted like it was frozen for months. The service was horrific they sat us by the door right near the host stand and since the door kept opening we politely asked to be moved since it was freezing and they said they can’t because of a party. Soon after a family came in and to our surprise it ended up being one of the workers families who did not have reservations. They were originally seated near the front but since the light was in their eyes they got seated somewhere else. The inside might look cute but if you look at the painted black walls they are just trying to cover up water damage. The decor looked like they bought it from the dollar tree. The seating looked as if they brought outside patio furniture to the inside. Do not waste your money here go to a bar and get food from there because at least you know what you are getting for the price you are paying.
