The order Was so screwed up was my birthday and the price of the room was out ragest was not clean at all.
Mold on ceiling in bathroom,coffee maker was dirty inside,heatregersters dirty,carpet nasty,coutch was groose and dirty not vacuumed,windows were so dirty my sister who flew from south Carolina to spend my birthday with me she cleaned the windows(she manages and cleans for several condos in south Carolina) she said she would not approve cleaning with house owners. Oh and no wine opener.

It's easy to lose track of time on the coast we got to experience everything the coast had to offer the location being so close to the beach is amazing. Take a walk down to flamingo Jim's or book a charter or two from garbaldi charters if you're craving a good fish and chip I would recommend sea baron in Garibaldi

Dealing with the rental companies isn't the best. But the location and the rooms are fantastic for a long term stay. Not fancy, but we are very comfortable for the 8 days we stay here

I love this place! Myself and my GF came here with our friends. Quaint little 2 bedroom cottage, with full kitchen, patio and barbecue, complete with dishes, board games and extras! A really nice "sea shanty" kinda vibe, right on the ocean, with an amazing veiw of twin rocks and its arch! Sik

We have stayed here 3 times over the past two years. Our kids love it because it is relaxed, it is right on the ocean, and they are so friendly. We love the units each have their own kitchen - so you can save money and settle in. This is also a quiet town, with stunning beach. We love the friendly feel. Be aware though, some of the units are older, and not fancy. The very reasonable price reflects. The views from the units on the top floor are beautiful. They offer crab pots, sticks for weiner roasts, an extensive DVD collection. Everything you family could want for fun.

We have been here several times. I would recommend the second floor rooms if you are hoping to see the ocean from the room. We love the full kitchen and the fact that they offer two bedroom rooms. Great for families with young kids. The beds are terrible, and it is clear the management just paints over blemishes on the walls. The place has enough pros that we will be back. It's right on the beach, inexpensive, and the kitchen saves us from eating out.

This was our first trip to the Oregon Coast. I am so glad I found The Getaway and booked our stay there for our Spring Break mini vacation. It was the perfect place for us and exactly what I was looking for, a quiet, safe place in a small coastal town, with ocean view and affordable. It even had cable and wifi, but we didn't really use it much. With that view and the beach right there, who needs that? We stayed in #10. Super cute, nicely decorated and cozy. You get the whole balcony for yourself! The kitchen was big and very well equipped (you only need to bring your food if you want to cook) even kitchen towels and dish soap was provided. Oh and there was a dishwasher! Everything was clean and comfy. Location was right off Highway 101 and so close to everything in town you could walk there. We absolutely liked staying in Rockaway Beach more than Lincoln City or Seaside. It's a close drive to all other towns if you want to visit them and at the end of the day enjoy this quiet getaway. The staff at check in was very nice and friendly. Did I mention the view was AMAZING?||We are definitely staying here every time we visit the Oregon Coast. No doubt!

The pictures were very misleading. With all the fees this place cost us $260.51 per night. Let's start with the first thing that we noticed. the booking company said that they followed CDC Covid cleaning guidelines.I do not feel that this happened. The smell of the place was gross. The furniture was was something that you would get for free. Cheep quality and filthy. We had to place towels over them. The Chair shown in the picture had brown stains. The couch was equally dirty. Even the wood dining room chairs were stick and the towels stuck to them. If you have a small dog don't stay here they allow large dogs and for some reason they feel that is ok to let them off leash.||||We needed a break and thought that this would be worth the money. It was not. If the rate was $75.00 per night then I would feel that I got what I paid for. Instead I feel that we were ripped off. I think the property management company should know the going rates and should also inspect their property and know when to fix, replace, & repair things. ||||Do not stay here.
