Nasty, filthy, disgusting. The rooms smell horrible. It doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned ever. The hallways smell like human urine & the rooms also smell like mold and cigarette. The old blankets from the 1800’s were not washed 🤮

The hotel room was extremely dirty. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned EVER. I promise these sheets definitely weren’t cleaned bc the room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to switch rooms and even the one I switched to was awfully disgusting. I laid on some of my personal blankets and still couldn’t sleep because the room was so dirty. If I didn’t spend money here I would have just slept in my car. Let’s not get started on the outside presentation, there’s trash everywhere, people outside yelling all day and night. I’m also pretty sure there are bugs as me and my family had bites. I will NEVER come here again.

Our TV remote wouldn't work. Went to the attendant 3 diff times. He finally then came to room and fixed it for the most part. He was really, really nice though. I don't have anything bad to really say. It's not a 5 star facility and I k ew that. It's the cheapest around so I can't complain.

Was very impressed with the personal attention I received while staying at the Garden Inn. The room had a beautiful wood floor. Even thought there was construction in progress, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a peaceful and quite stay. Being pet friendly, I was amazed at how clean the grounds where. My only regret is that I didn't have longer to stay.

Excellent choice to stay for the money. Front desk staff strive to make sure that guests are treated royalty. They are concerned with you enjoying your stay and not just getting your money for the room.||||The rooms are very clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff are very quiet and polite because who wants to hear morning noise!!! They offer breakfast and they have a beautiful outdoor pool, and they also have internet access for guest plus they have a little convenience store setup at checkin just in case you forget something personal.||||Shopping malls & places to eat surround this hotel. You can even let your car rest and just walk around everywhere because of the convenience of everything.||||Thanks to all the staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No doubt the worst hotel I have ever been in. We did not receive the larger room we paid for. Instead we were given a small room and they did not refund us for the difference despite me arguing and calling for several months after our visit. The staff were so disorganized it took them 40 minutes to check us in and find our reservation although we were the only people in line! The staff were very rude. The room was disgusting: broken furniture, no fire alarm and smelled like smoke. It was very dirty: stains on the wall, floor, shower curtain, light shades and sheets. We canceled our stay early and did not get a refund even though we expressed our dissatisfaction with the condition of our room. This place is a joke of a hotel. You would likely be more comfortable sleeping in your car than in this dump!

Disgusting rude owner I pay for something and they give me what they wanted and want refund you back this place is so dirty and nasty things are so old and full of rust the smell in rooms bathrooms are black of dirt beds do t even have a frame in mattress on floor walls with holes etc also how dirty it’s from all out side you can just tell when entering parking lot there’s cat food in the entrence in floor so many things and they charge over price I had to stay there beacuse there was no more hotel available in wouldn’t refund me!!! Disgusting!!!!!! And the noise you can’t sleep there don’t goo there

Recently stayed at this hotel and I was probably better off sleeping in my truck the grounds are a complete mess hardly any parking the pool is absolutely disgusting the rooms have dirt on the walls the toilets look like somebody’s been putting cigarette butts out on it the tub everything about this place shouldn’t even be allowed to stay in operations You had crackheads on the street homeless people living on the street right in front of the hotel people smoking drugs outside in the open no care is given constantly had to wake up to check my truck to make sure nothing was being stolen out of it if I could give it no stars or negative stars I would do so avoid this hotel at all cost and it’s not even worthy of the price they even charged. Through any type of travel agency. ||Even went to my truck to keep my gun on me because I felt that uneasy being in that location.
