I'll keep this simple:
I will start, first, with the positives. The air conditioner was wonderful, and the young male and female who worked at the front desk were friendly enough. The hotel itself, however, needs much work.
So here is the list:
1. First room assigned, did not have a closet and had an odor.
2. Second room, I was bitten up by bed bugs. Needless to say, sleep was not peaceful thereafter. I was moved again and they "cleaned" the room, with alcohol. However, with bed bugs, carpets and curtains need to be professionally cleaned. I believe that they need to call in a professional exterminator.
3. Curtains were stained. Sheets and towels were, in general, stain free. Floors were dirty and I serious doubt if the carpets are ever vacuumed or shampood.
4. Refrigerator and Microwave were old and damaged, but the fridge did work. I did not use or even look in the microwave.
5. Ice buckets were available, but ice machine was broken. Therefore, we had to buy our ice.
6. The lamp shades were old, cracking or stained.
7. Mold was underneath one of the room air conditioners.
8. Needs painting and showers redone.
9. You could take a warm shower, but not a hot shower.
This place was selected by another in our group and due to their taste for comfort, I did not look at the reviews. When I encountered issues, I was shocked to see how old these same complaints have been listed. What a shame! The place has potential, but it would take someone that care and is willing to invest to bring it to it's full potential.

This experience was like many other great experiences. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff and services were great, they made sure our stay was to our likely. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend.

Worst hotel room I've ever stayed in! Do not come here! Old creaky beds! Bathroom terrible! Paint peeling in the shower on the floor. Terrible smells! Roaches!!! Under new management! It used to be a very nice hotel under old management but they're not putting any money in it! Was going to stay for four nights but left the first thing in the morning!

Needed a late check-in overnight room that allowed a small dog. After getting into our room we immediately regretted our choice. Very run down, light fixtures and bathroom sink literally falling off the wall. Phone didn’t work. I have actually stayed in better accommodations traveling in third world countries. Would not recommend. Next time we’ll try one of the few other options in the area.

Came into town on business, we reserved a room with two queen beds. Soon getting there, the person at the front desk was helpful, how ever there was a smell. Got to the room, and the room we had had two full size beds. The TV was from the 90s, the ice machine didn't work, there was only one free outlet in the room, and the smell still remained. The worse part is the shower had a crack in the floor, and a bath matt covering a hole. The was mold build up around the door. And when I went to plug my phone in i found cockroaches running under the bed.

My husband and I were in town for a family event and we stayed one night. I asked if they had bed bugs when I called. They said no. I checked the bed after we checked in and didn't see any signs of bugs on my side of the bed. When we woke up this morning, we saw a bug crawling in the sheets. I took a video and showed the staff. They said it wasn't a problem. Really!!!

Don't stay here. They do have bed bugs.

Clean, good wifi, free continental breakfast. Both smoking and non-smoking rooms, my non-smoking room smelled fine. Good channel selection, but old low resolution tube TV's. No pool. Overall a bit old feeling, but well maintained. Otherwise pretty typical.

I’m writing this as a 2 star because the hotel was okay wen I walked in but the minute i did the room stench smelled like mold, there were baby roaches crawling on the walls & there was a towel to dry my hands off with on the hanger but it was dirty & stained as if it was obviously used before us & not cleaned. Then i took a shower & i saw mold all around, it was disgusting! When it was time for me to go to bed there were dead ants under the covers & my cousin was getting bit on her side of the bed, i was completely covered so i didn’t feel anything crawling on me. Y’all can stay here if y’all want but you won’t catch me staying in this place next time I visit.
