Enjoyed the food and the friendly service. The prices are great compared to other places. You could watch the planes land and take off while having breakfast. I also like the plane decor inside the café.

The best thing we had was the apple juice. Ordered fish and chips and the batter covering the chips was just not that good enough. The travelaire sandwich was ok but the fries that came with it was bad. Chicken salad wrap was tolerable. Over all this just validates my reasoning never dine in anything rated below 4.4. Lastly I started writing this post as soon as I handed the card for payment. They still have not picked it off the table to charge it. The service is too bad

French Valley Café offers great food with classic options like sandwiches, burgers, and salads. We tried the club sandwich and a burger with fries, and both were absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and quick to get our food to the table.

The café’s location provides a nice view of incoming and outgoing flights, which adds a unique touch to the experience. However, the black bar fence partially blocks the view. If you’re looking for an unobstructed look, heading closer to the airport area is a good alternative.

One of the best features is the dog-friendly patio, which was perfect for bringing along our furry friend.

The only downside was the restrooms. They were messy and in need of attention. It seems they are shared with the flight school, airport, and café, but better upkeep would really improve the experience.

Overall, French Valley Café is a great spot for tasty food, friendly service, and a unique setting—just be prepared to overlook the restroom situation!

Found a hidden gem today at the French Valley Airport Cafe. Great seating with wonderful views. Out door seating as well. Let's talk about some great food. Had the F-4 burger and fries. Definitely one of the best crafted burgers we've had in a while. The Chicken Salad wrap and fries was also delicious and fresh. Our servers were fun, and friendly. Loved watching the planes coming and going. They also have a full bar area. Great get away for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We wanted to have breakfast somewhere new so we chose French Valley Cafe.

It's a little difficult to find because there are no large neon lights just a little white sign with black lettering. From 79 just go straight and it's located at the end of the loop on the left. It's located next to the French Valley Airport.

Anyway, the breakfast was delicious. We ordered the Avenger omelette and the 2 egg plate with bacon and toast.
Diane was our waitress, she was great. Awesome customer service! Also, we really enjoyed watching the cessna's take off and land.

We only saw the breakfast menu, just curious what's cooking for lunch and dinner. Also, there's a full bar with several TV monitors.

Our first experience at this wonderful hideaway in Murrieta/French Valley border. The cafe has a varied menu and we tried a few appetizers (”Small Bites” are NOT small & came home for later). We got Biscuits and Gravy (2 huge biscuits!), and Grits with cheese n bacon. The Deep-Fried French Toast was superb and, again, big! Husband had strawberries 🍓 on his and I had blueberries 🫐 and YUM. Each plate enough for two. The Champagne $20 bucket is nice but we got two glasses instead for $17. Someone has to be a driver after nice long meal. I drank half of mine. So full and pleased at our new discovery after 5 years of living here. Kept telling myself we had to go there, and finally, the Mother’s Day opportunity was perfect. Busier than you think being a bit out of the way. Everything was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, checking on us often enough. Can’t wait to try lunch! Thanks for a great morning. 🙂

They have a lot of airplane paraphernalia that was fun to look at. The atmosphere was casual and cozy and the waitresses were attentive and polite. The burger I got was juicy and very tasty. I would come here again.

I’ve been to the French Valley Airport Café three times now, and every visit has been fantastic! The service is always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is laid-back and never crowded—perfect for bringing the whole family. My kids absolutely love it here, especially the mac n’ cheese on the kids’ menu (such a great price, too!) and those amazing battered French fries.

As a vegetarian, I was so impressed with their options. The massive hand-shaped Impossible patty burger is absolutely divine, and the avocado sandwich on squaw bread is another winner. Between the delicious food, the great sports bar options with games on, and the unbeatable views, this place really has something for everyone. Even my dad, who I brought along on one trip, loved it!

French Valley Airport Café is truly a hidden gem and a total home run—I can’t wait to go back again!

The food was ok are waitress was nice and helpful cool view out the window of planes taking off but for me all food was just ok nothing special I didn't hate the place and didn't love place . But if you're in the area you want to quit bite and watch planes take off it's ok place

Always a great experience with friendly staff and yummy food. We've been here a few times and the quality here never changes. Get a champagne bucket, definitely a must.
