Food was not good. Would not recommend. Grouper was fried in old burnt grease. Salad was bed of white chunks of lettuce. Erica had a nice personality but food was not good!

The service was amazing, the food was amazing, and everything about the experience was amazing. Everything was fresh. The food tasted like they cared. I am so grateful we stopped on our way from Tennessee to Florida. Instead of choosing a chain restaurant try something that tastes 1000 times better.

Franks Family Restaurant tucked away next to a gas station and Max Pizza, might not catch your eye at first, but it’s a hidden gem worth checking out. I stopped by on a Tuesday evening around 5:30 PM, and the place was packed. Parking is a bit tight, so plan accordingly.

The restaurant itself is small but cozy, with some outdoor seating available. I decided to try the San Francisco Trio, which included shrimp, chicken, and steak in a tomato sauce. It was decent, but not particularly standout. On the upside, they have great drink specials—like the $2 house margaritas, which were a pleasant surprise. They also offer crab on Tuesdays, with options at $14 for 1 pound or $25 for 2 pounds.

Service was impressively quick despite the full house. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the place cool, likely due to the number of diners. Overall, Frank's offers a unique experience and is worth the drive from Atlanta, especially if you're in the mood for a casual, down-to-earth meal with some good deals.

Freezing when I sat down, waitress took order brought water, no straw. Brought salad, no utensils at which time I asked for both. Soup was supposed to be some beef something, no beef whatsoever in my bowl. Prime rib was over 50% fat, knife was so dull I had to tear pieces off of it.
After the 50 minute drive and for $45.00 for the prime rib I feel an obligation to alert all about this incident. I forgot to mention my baked potato came with pats of frozen butter which didn’t melt well

Stopped at Frank's on the way to Atlanta, and we're so glad we did. We were skeptical being that it's next to a gas station, but don't let that fool you. The atmosphere was family style, perfect after being on the road for 8 hours. Our waiter Gabe was the BEST, so friendly and helpful with finding what I can eat for my vegan lifestyle! The amount of food was awesome for the price... salad, soup, baguette and an entree. Wow! We took home one of their homemade apple strudels and it was delicious the next day with coffee. When we travel back through GA, we'll be sure to stop by!

I love Frank's! The food is so delicious and the portions are heaping! I have a large family and this is about the only restaurant that we can all dine in without breaking the bank.

Absolutely fantastic! A friend recommended and he was certainly correct! The food was great, service was great and the prices are very fair for the quality meal received. Our first visit will certainly not be the last. About 20 minutes drive from our home but worth the trip. Can not recommend more highly.

The crabby Tuesday was not good to me. No seasoning, not fully cooked to the point you see the slime on the crablegs, potatoes tasted like water they just need to stick to what they are known for their Italian food. The waitress made us a good margarita 🍹 though just don't eat the crablegs
