Honestly, this was one of the best stays I have had in many years! The breakfast was so good, everyday!! (I will have dreams about that whipped cream!). Paul, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help when we were trying to find things around. The location was perfect to walk to downtown Franklin and experience all of the wonderful businesses there! The room was spotless and the whole bed and breakfast was so clean. They took a lot of care in their work and it showed. I would 1000% stay here again!

Franklin, NC is open. I spent a few days visiting the area around Franklin and had a wonderful time seeing the fall leaves, waterfalls and hiking trails. The stay at Franklin Terrace B&B was nice. A historic building that is charming was a nice change from many of the hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. I hope to visit again and encourage others to stay there too.

Love love love this Bed and Breakfast! Do not miss this gem if you are in the area. Everything was clean and neat. And breakfast was amazing! Have the lemon cake!

Sure did enjoy our stay at the Terrace!! I had the Topaz Room and so comfy. Bathroom great! The stairs were a little hard on my hip but loved being upstairs. Food was always delicious and inviting. Staff so friendly!! Sure would love to go back again. Fun walking to town.

We recently visited Franklin NC and stayed at the Franklin Terrace Bed and Breakfast. What an enjoyable experience! The inn which is rich in history was so charming. The inn was located near downtown and we were able to walk and visit antique stores, gem stores and cute restaurants. The innkeeper Paul was kind and helpful. He made sure to get to know his guests. We heard from prior reviews that he had the best french toast casserole that was his mother's recipe. We asked if he would have it for breakfast but said he wasnt sure if he could honor this request. At breakfast, Paul had a delicious breakfast for us and surprised us with the french toast! Thanks Paul for your wonderful hospitality. We will be back! Paul & Diane Rice-Poland, Ohio

I visited Franklin to shuttle friends during a backpacking trip on the Bartram Place and noticed that Franklin Terrace appeared to have a good location and reasonable rates. Boy was I right! My friends, more familiar with Franklin than I, warned that some of the Franklin hotels were run down and advised that we stay several miles away in a chain, but like me they were very happy with Franklin Terrace where they had never stayed. It was great to easily walk back after beers at Lazy Hiker. They were especially appreciative of the hard-working manager fixing them a vegan breakfast, while I enjoyed the bacon and eggs! I wholeheartedly recommend Franklin Terrace for anyone visiting the Franklin area.

Clean & comfortable! We are vegan & are used to limited breakfast options, but Paul went above & beyond to treat us to a wonderful meal! He went to 3 different stores to find Just Egg just for us. He cooked our food separately & provided great vegan sausage & set aside some fresh fruit so we could have some ourselves. He even offered to cook non dairy grits but we were so full we couldn’t take advantage of the offer! My new go-to in Franklin - highly recommended!
