Gentleman at valet booth on the night of 3/27 around 11:45pm (his shift was ending at midnight) went completely out of his way to help my girlfriend and I, not once but twice. Excellent customer service from him. His kindness helped us with our stay!

We enjoy Foxwoods but were disappointed in Room 26110 in The Fox Tower as it’s in need of some attention. The toilet paper holder and soap rack need repositioning and tightening. There’s a dent in the main room and peeling wallpaper below the thermostat along with a ridge in the carpet. The right hand cabinet door is loose and has chips in it.

There are other details but you get the idea.

For the price, the rooms should be immaculate.

David Burke Prime is always fantastic with excellent service but my wife’s Salmon was a bit small. The young tall, blond lady hostess was the worst part of our experience. Very lackluster and disengaged.

The Prime Rib and potato were delicious.

We would love to be able to enjoy a decent glass of red wine on the gaming floor. The wine served is terrible.

We enjoyed Junior’s where we had late breakfast and were happy with the service and portions served very hot.

Amazing property! Housekeeping really out performs a lot of other properties and the front desk folks are very nice & professional. I left my keys & coat in the closet, could have missed my ferry but within 30 minutes my belongings were returned to me with courtesy and understanding. Not to mention the breathtaking views from my room on the 24th floor, cleanliness and comfort. Thanks Mashantucket for a great visit!

Buyer beware, they try the old bait and switch on hotel rooms. Booked a non-smoking room only to arrive and find out that they gave all the non-smoking rooms away and all they have left is smoking. We were offered a cancel / refund which we accepted. The people checking in next to us were furious. They were from out of state and booked their room 6 months in advance and their non-smoking room was given away.

My wife and I visited Mohegan Sun during the week in January. It was not very crowded and we had a good time. The facility is beautiful and always well maintained. It was also decorated for Chinese new year. We lost some money, had a nice meal and headed home.

Drove 3 hrs to sit in lobby for 2 hrs - line is soooo long- couldn’t check in room at 4pm got in around 530. There was a line the entire day - they really need to do better this is insane. We also had a room with a bar and couldn’t even get a wine glass and had to pay for a wine opener. The Fox tower needs to do better if they want people to return it’s like they built a really cool hotel and are not interested in improving or making guests enjoy their stay. They said they don’t have a dishwasher when I asked about wine glasses, I’ve stayed at a worse hotels and they would deliver a wine opener for free and wine glasses. There is a big empty kitchen and bar and you can use any of it cause they are empty.

I stayed one night at the Fox Tower hotel. At 8am there was loud banging noises (like someone hammering the floor nonstop) coming from above. After 30 minutes I called the hotel and they told me there was construction on the level above me. They said they were not supposed to start until 10am and were going to call them to stop.

By 9:45 the noise was still going on. I went to the lobby to try to speak with the manager. She didn’t come out to speak to me personally and the staff only refunded me the resort fee which was almost $30.

An apology and a barely $30 refund is not acceptable. People spend hard earned money to have a night away, often times for celebrations, and for the hotel to have no consideration towards a situation like this is unacceptable. Very disappointed to say the least because my partner and I really enjoy coming to this casino. But no longer plan on spending money to stay the night.

I advise others to do the same. The hotel is not all that for the prices you pay AND for construction to be happening at 8am and the hotel has absolutely no care.
