Great place to stop after a long hike or just to watch some sports and have some great food and a enjoy a local beer! The owner (Josh Bishop) introduced himself to me personally, and is super genuine and friendly. 5 stars aren't enough - this Texas girl really enjoyed her meal and would recommend to anyone back home! Missing Texas still. Our server did well. The Deviled Eggs were great. The BBQ is lacking. Tough brisket. Needed to be cooked low and slow as it was dry and tough. Maybe not enough of the fat cap left on and smoked to short of a time. Sausage was cut before smoked and really hard. Pulled Pork was brown and gray and way overcooked. I have added pictures including one of my own smoked pork butt to compare. As their pork had no pink. No smoke ring. No bark. Not sure what happened. Disappointed.

This truck was at the Halloween Event Slaughterhouse Tucson and was extremely overpriced for the portion size. They charged $4.00 for a 17 ounce bottle of Great Value (Walmart) water.

They little provided a small bowl of Mac and cheese with pork.

The churro was greasy and tasted terrible.

I will never again buy this company.

The ribs are some of the best I have ever had, the pulled pork sammich was AMAZING... but let me tell you about the burnt ends. These little nuggets of heaven are THE BEST burnt ends I have EVER had! We will be going back often! This place made the top 10 list! Kudos to this place! Great BBQ & Great People!

Wait staff is friendly as hell! Mixed drinks for a little weak in a bit pricey for the food that I got. Not much to write home about. But it was okay. It was my birthday and I wanted to support local. The mint cake for dessert made the whole dinner!

I booked these guys for a customer appreciation event my work was having. It didn't take long for everyone's focus to shift from my business to the food truck! Everyone I talked to was absolutely impressed with the food. Great job to these guys. They definitely know what they're doing!!

This was my second visit here. First time was yummy bbq pulled pork sandwich and excellent service. This time excellent service, but the food was lacking. I got the mac and cheese with pulled pork on top. The Mac was tasteless and the pulled pork was 50% fat chunks and grease was rolling down my Mac & cheese. There was nothing redeeming about the meal. I left > 50% in the bowl. My husband, a smoked meat aficionado, had the Az Cuban. It, too, Lacked flavor and was on toasted white bread. I really want to support my local restaurants….so please work on quality and taste. I will try again in future in hopes that this place win me back.
